CUTE COASTAL CONDO ACROSS STREET FROM OCEAN IN HIGHLY DESIRABLE PALM BEACH SHORES. Newly furnished 2 condo with cool coastal vibe. Grab a board and catch some waves or just open your window and catch the cool ocean breeze. Short stroll to uncrowded beaches, the inlet, fishing holes, some of the best scuba diving, No car walk/bike path. Popular sailfish marina and restaurants. TV & king size mattresses in both bedrooms. We live very close by and are available, but we give our guests complete privacy during their stay.



A quaint little neighborhood called Palm Beach Shores, where the beach is steps away, restaurants, and more! Family friendly and walkable!

The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back. We have a small leash right out the back because it is not fenced. You can tie your pup up there and let him/her roam!

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a smart TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites.

SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! This is where the queen air mattress (please note it is an air mattress some booking sites do not have this option to select) can be deployed to sleep two more - thankfully it pumps itself up! a large 55” TV with Comcast so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.

BACKYARD: is not fenced-in, but we do provide a leash tied down by the back patio door to let the pup out to roam. With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio.

We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.

5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.

Enjoy a cookout with our shared BBQ in the backyard! Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use to keep it in great condition for everyone. If the propane runs out during your stay, the nearest propane swap is just two minutes away, and we’ll be happy to reimburse for any propane refills!

Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.

Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)

We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.

Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.

Bookings longer than 28 nights are subject to a lease and background check.

We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.

We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: Pack N Play available by request. The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.

Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

Property was just as described. Large and all basic amenities included. The beach access to the north was very close and had restrooms and foot shower for sand. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Place Close to the Beach

This place is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation! It’s very spacious and updated. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, etc… There were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler, making a trip to the beach even more enjoyable.The beach is just a short walk away. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

Very nice stay

This rental is exactly as presented in the listing. We had four adults and two young children and had plenty of room. Near beach and beach access with a playground area. Owner was very accessible to provide answers to any questions. If you’re looking for a very nice place near the beach, this is a great spot.

Great Location

This was the perfect spot to stay. Very large space with lots of room for a family. Short walk to the beach, short drive to anything else you needed to get too. Hated to leave hope to get back in the near future.

Clean, convenient and good communication!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for a baseball tournament but we were able to walk to the beach on our down time. This location was perfect and the hosts were friendly and communicated quickly when we had any questions. We hope to be back next summer and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

It was a nice stay

The pictures are accurate, but that living room rug should be washed or thrown out...it's filthy but not sure if the owners know that. There were some poisons (bug spray) going throughout the condo for a few hours that required I leave due to lung problems, but aside from that (and the owners assure me they will NEVER do that again when renters are there. It was horrible) things were great.

Great rental!

We have stayed in many locations in the West Palm area over the years, this rental was by far the best. It was quiet, located in walking distance to the beach and a shopping/restaurant area. The large apartment was on the first floor and had a screened-in lanai. The place was nicely furnished with ample supplies for cooking and dining in for 5 people.

Great location and very clean!

This condo is a great place to stay! It is clean and spacious. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes. I am very thankful to the owner, she is very responsive. The condo is in a quiet area. The island has little traffic for which I am grateful since wehave two children. Definitely recommend walking to Sailfish Marina too!

Golf and football weekend

The unit was clean, pretty stocked kitchen and good furniture. I added an antenna so you can get local TV channels, for the NFL playoffs, without streaming. One block from ocean was nice. Just enough parking. Bathrooms were spacious enough, not many amenities though. Owner was responsive and available at initial check-in. Didn't need anything after that. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great walking area.

Great access to the beach

This unit is perfectly located for a quick walk to the beach or a little longer walk to some restaurants and marina. The unit is clean and spacious. The kitchen has what you need to cook meals. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for our beach outings. The Property Manager, Sharaya, is a great communicator. She answered all our questions quickly and even sent us a list of activities to do in the area. Our only suggestion for the unit owners is the tub area could use some updating. We'd definitely stay here again!

Super Nice and Best locstion!!!

First off, this property is much larger and more spacious then you can even talk from photos and essentially has 2 masters. Also, the location is unbeatable. It is directly across the street from the nicest resorts and beaches! All rooms and large living room have large flat-screen and nice furniture. There was even a small workspace desk area that didn't see in pictures, that worked great for remote work. Most importantly, the property was super clean and in the nicest and most safe neighborhood, and the hosts were super great to work with and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back for sure! Trust us, this is the best place in the area for the money!

Perfect Layout for Two Couples, Amazing Host

First off - owner communication is TOP NOTCH! Sharaya was super responsive to my messages and answered all of my questions and was amazingly helpful! Thank you again!! We love you and can’t wait to come back. The unit is perfect for perfect with two master suites, each with its own bath/shower. We had everything we needed to to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen was perfectly serviceable. Although we did not need them both, the TWO parking spaces, were great! There are a several great restaurants just around the corner within walking distance and the grocery store is just a just down the road. Very close to the beach. You couldn't ask for a better location.
