Nice unit, a little dated but clean, top floor, so be prepared for the walk up a few flights of stairs. The view from the deck overlooks one of the pools, there's a glimpse of the ocean, as well as a a light breeze. Check-in and check-out were easy.

We have already booked this location again for next year. Overall we had a great stay. The place looks exactly as pictured. It is right next to the pool and had everything we needed with the exception of a working toaster. My only main issues were with checkin, floors and beds. Check in took 70 min at the Litchfield resort. Absolutely ridiculous experience to go through with a 1 year old. The floors were not cleaned well and had hair and other build up. The beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are either super thin or also thick and hard. Maybe this is not an issue for everyone, but I’d recommend the owner to invest a bit more in this area.

The unit itself is fine, but the Housekeeping was terrible on our arrival. In the bathroom there was a used Q-tip in the medicine cabinet, used bar of soap in the shower, toothpaste smeared on sink, and hair all over the floor, walls, and hanging off the “clean” towel. In the kitchen there was food running down the dishwasher and splattered on the walls.I would classify the view as partial ocean rather than spectacular, but the deck and covered porch are still nice for sitting out and enjoying coffee. Overall area and beach are very nice, but as noted the cleaning crew could use some more training. We did enjoy our trip and would return if the cleaning issues are addressed.

Great condo and location. Condo needs deep spring clean. Porches nasty. Bedroom carpet nasty. Sheets , towels and communication very good! Inlet point very safe and fun location!!!

We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. LOVED having the screened-in porch and deck. I would have given the condo 5 stars but the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updating. The bedrooms need to be painted and have new carpeting installed. We also told the management company that neither of the bathroom sinks drained properly and needed some basic maintenance. That said, we would absolutely stay here again.

Inlet point vacay

Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. We woild rent again.

Lovely condo with a can't beat location! We usually rent a house with extended family for a whole week but circumstances were different this year and we couldn't make family beach week happen. We were very familiar with the Inlet Point Condos but had never stayed until now. We appreciated being able to not have to book a whole week but still have a fantastic beach getaway! This condo had the perfect location for a stay with small kids - just across the street from beach access and right across from one of the pools. We loved the peekaboo ocean views and you could hear the waves from the screened in porch. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. We loved crabbing and fishing off of the community dock with our eldest. It was the perfect size for our family and the master had plenty of room to set up the pack n play for the baby. Beds were very comfy and water pressure was great. Our only hiccup was that the wifi stopped working and the TVs were app only set up. It seemed to be a faulty router or power cord which is a Spectrum job to fix. With it being a weekend they were likely unable to get out there before checkout. So not really anything more that could have been done other than having a little more communication from resort management - we heard nothing back from them after reporting the issue. So we had no TV or wifi for half of our stay, but that wasn't why we were there anyway. Overall a wonderful unit and a lovely stay!
