Welcome to Casa Panorama, our stunning five bedroom, two bathroom short term rental located in the beautiful coastal town of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. Our super private home is located at the tip top of the mountain of a coastal community on beautiful Guayanes Beach, and it's a spacious rental that boasts a private pool and a rooftop deck with breathtaking ocean views, making it the perfect destination for families, groups, or couples looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the Caribbean. This is a brand new listing and our other VRBO listing in Puerto Rico has 14 of 14 reviews , all with 5 Star ratings!!
The five bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with comfortable (1) full, (1) full over full bunk bed, (3) king-sized beds with premium linens. The rental also includes two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, dining area, and two cozy living rooms.
Step outside to the relax in the private plunge pool while enjoying the oceanview. The rooftop deck is another perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views of the ocean, and it's also great for suntanning, hosting dinner, or enjoying a sunset cocktail with friends.
Wake up to an oceanview in 4 of the 5 bedrooms in our two story home. For added privacy, the lower level has it's own private entrance, king size bedroom with oceanview, bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, and living room.

Amazing Service!

Jay was an amazing host! Answer all my questions quick and efficient. Amazing view, away from the tourist madness and more into the calm and local area. If you need a relaxing vacation this would be the best place to be at!

Wonderful!

I stayed here with my husband and another couple and we thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO, located a hour from the airport. Check in was easy and we found the house to be clean and comfortable. Jay was a great host, very accommodating and responded quickly. He even followed up with us while he was in Africa on business. This house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and toiletries. There are 2 large refrigerators available for food and drinks. We loved the salt water soaking pool. It offers a beautiful view of the ocean framed with fruit-bearing banana trees. We spent every afternoon in this pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The potential

This place could be amazing, unfortunately, it’s a work in progress. I reached out to the owner on vrbo 3 days before check in and never got a response. I called him directly the next day and was told we would have to wait an extra hour prior to checking in because the house was occupied and the cleaning crew needed the extra time. This was absolutely fine with us. We arrived at the house at around 430 to find house keeping never made it. I contacted the owner and he apologized several times. He insisted that house keeping is on the way although we had over night flights and didn’t want to be bothered. He insisted it was not his fault but his house keeping that failed. Regardless we were tired and did not want to deal with house keeping. Against my wishes I had to speak to Diana the house keeping associate. I was promised a refund and never received it. The house is not as pictured. The back door upstairs and the living room window down stairs were both cracked. There is an umbrella pictured on the roof patio but is not available at the house. There are also no lights on the roof patio. The downstairs apartment was not inhabitable. Mold was growing in the bedroom. I informed jay and he had his plumber come out to the house. Unfortunately he came out with him plumber the next morning at 8am waking me and my partner up. Water pressure sucks In top apartment. Door knobs fall off in master bedrooms. View doesn’t exist from the pool because the grounds are not well kept. 👎

Great Stay!

We arrived extremely late at night, and Jay, the owner, was extremely kind and helped us get settled. The view was fantastic, and the pool temperature was perfect. The rooftop was really nice, as you could sit and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had good pressure and hot water. The AC was also really good, as it got extremely hot during the day. The decor was nice, and the house was well-equipped. Jay was really responsive throughout our stay, and his wife, Ashley, was just as accommodating. Would definitely rent a place from them again.
