This music themed space is perfect for a trip to Stark County. Whether your trip is to visit family, visit one of the many local treasures, or just for some R&R. We look forward to hosting you!
- NO CLEANING FEES**
NOTE: this is part of an up / down duplex and as such sound transfers. We have quiet hours, sound machines and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect.
Whether you are from the local Stark County area or just here to visit, there is no doubt you have found the right place. Located conviently just off Lincoln Way in Perry, you will enjoy this 2 bedroom apartment with an awesome music theme throughout. The one bedroom has two single beds. There is ample parking and SARTA has a stop right outside and offers convenient transport to a variety of local activities that make this location such a hotspot.
The downstairs apartment is very spacious and all on one level. Entry is through the back door and up 4 steps where you enter into the kitchen and dinette space. You can also go downstairs into the basement where the washer and dryer are located. This space opens up into the living room and accesses both bedrooms and the full bath. The one bedroom has a Queen bed with a small closet with hangers. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Guests have access to the entire downstairs unit, right side of the driveway, and the patio space on the ground level.
There is another door separating the unit from the basement. The basement will be accessed by the cleaning person when cleaning the upstairs unit. You will be provided ample notice of when this will be needed. Generally, your host coordinates fairly well to minimize interfering with your stay.
The upstairs unit and deck as well as the parking closest to the house is reserved for the upstairs guests / tenant. Please be respectful of them.
Please use the AirBnB app to communicate. I receive text notifications when there is a new message and respond in a timely manner
The neighborhood is full of families and is fairly quiet.
The space is located close to so many Massillon / Canton treasures:
- The Rec Center (7 min)
- Belden Village Mall (10 min)
- William McKinley Museum & Monument (15 min)
- St. Mary's and St. Dymphna's shrine (7 min)
- Historic 4th Street in Massillon (7 min)
- Massillon Movie Theater (with reclining seats)
- MaMu (Massillon Museum)
- The Towpath Trail (10 min)
- Many bars and restaurants
Some other popular attractions include:
- 15 minutes to Clay's Park
- 15 minute drive to the Football Hall of Fame and McKinley Monument and Museum
- 30 minutes to Akron / Cuyahoga Valley Scenic RR and Park
- 1 hour to Cleveland, Rock n Roll hall of Fame, Science Center, Lake Erie Beaches
- 2 hours to Pittsburgh
- 2 hours to Columbus
- 30mins to 1 hour to Salt Fork / Mohican / etc.
There are two parking spots as well as ample street parking. There is also a SARTA (local bus transit authority) bus stop directly across the street.
**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to you. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered "standard".
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
No Parties
No smoking (it is permitted outside, but the butts must be disposed of properly)
Keep food in the kitchen and stored (to avoid attracting unwanted pests)
Obey Local, State and Federal Laws (any violation will result in immediate removal with no refund)
Only registered guests are permitted
Strict quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM (Since this is a duplex, it is very important to be mindful of the guests in the adjacent unit)
Please treat our house, neighbors, and community with respect.
