Welcome to your home away from home. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake house with tons of additional sleeping options. Sleeps up to 14 (full size futons hold 1-2 people depending on their size)!

Spend your days swimming in the lake, fishing off the floating dock, try your hand at kayaking, paddle boarding or just relax on the swim platform or floating pad. Hard sandy lake bottom, great for swimming. Water level fluctuates significantly throughout the spring and summer. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a fully stocked game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, dart board, smart tv, heat and air conditioning.

Experience fantastic sunset views over the lake from all levels of the house and attached deck. Roast marshmallows, unwind and tell your scary stories by the campfire.

In the winter sit around the gas fireplace and sip hot cocoa after a day of ice fishing, ice-skating, cross-country skiing, or enjoying local snowmobile trails.

Other perks of the house include: screened in porch overlooking the lake, sun room with sleeping options ability to close doors for privacy also overlooking the lake, central air, gas grill, deck with patio furniture, open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in the living rooms and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, boat dock, some adult size life jackets provided, off a tar road with plenty of parking, washer and dryer available detergent not provided, clean lake with walleye, large and small mouth bass, crappies and bluegills. Boat, pontoon and jetski rentals can be delivered directly to the dock from a local charter company pending availability.

King bed, 2 queen beds, 3 double futons (sleeps 2 each), queen size pull out sofa, 2 twin size roll-a-beds.

This is a beautiful place--natural setting, well kept lovely home. From Alaska, I was visiting family, and was able to host my brother, my nephews, and their teen age boys. The hit was the game room- everyone had fun. Peter and Jen were responsive to all our needs, answering questions within a few minutes of a text. We are elders, and enjoyed the sun rooms, watching the birds and the fish, the fishermen trolling by. The sunsets are beautiful. We would be happy to stay there again.

It was everything we wanted and more. The game room was a perfect place to get out of the sun and let the kids play. The hosts were very responsive. The house had a lot of space, never felt crowded. We had 6 adults and 4 kids(2 yr- 10yrs). The lake is high but still caught fish and played in the water. Highly recommend!!

The whole week went great. The kids loved the game room. Everything was as described.We were disappointed at the lake level being so high from the rain, missed having a sand area for the kids.

Great place with good lake access and facilities. Kids and adults loved the game room,floating dock and swim platform too.Hosts responded quickly to inquiries and even checked in with me during a Tstorm warning to make sure we were aware. Only down-side is that it is so popular we couldn't book again next year. Highly recommend!

This property has it all!

Our family enjoyed all the amenities, from the kayaking to swimming to fire pit to spacious accommodations. Being on a quiet lake with great views topped it off. The water in the lake was really high, but with a floating dock that has a nice ladder made it easy for even the young kids to get in and out of the water.

Family weekend

We were all very pleased with location. The house was just as described. The owners have put a lot of organization into towels and bedding. Definetly recommend to others. We have 5 adults and 5 kids in our party and everyone was happy with the home.

Best week ever at Big Swan!

Everything we could have needed, was available! The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect! Fishing was great, the game room was 24/7 fun for the kids! Will book again!!! Communication was 100% with the owners. No problems. Love it!

Family Fun!

Fabulous fun on the hottest weekend of the Summer. So many fun outdoor toys -- 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a Lily Pad and a great swim raft. It was tough to get people out of the water. This property is clean, clean, clean; the kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need; and there is plenty of room to spread out. It was tough to leave and we look forward to coming back again soon.

A great time was had by all!

Check in/out was simple. The property was very comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Game room was great for rainy days. Caught lots of nice fish from the dock. Would recommend to anyone considering this property.

Lovely, just lovely!!

A comfortable home on a beautiful peaceful lake. The views are stunning, the neighborhood is friendly but quiet. Our group if 6 enjoyed spending evenings together enjoying all the property has to offer and during the day ventured out to enjoy the quaint and curious attractions in the area.

Awesome place

We had 4 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely come back.

Big Swan Lake Family Stay

We had a great time on this property. It is fantastically laid out for a family. There is a flat patch of grass between the house and "game room" (basically a garage filled with toys) that was used a lot. The driveway is also protected so that we could play games there. We used the game room whenever we needed a break from the water and it was amazing how many things there was to do. The kitchen is small but very adequate as we cooked each meal during our stay. The porches were so fun at night to remain outside but safe from the mosquitos. We used the firepit and it allowed us to see that lake and some amazing sunsets the entire time (you can purchase wood from the homeowners if you need it). We got a ton of use out of the paddleboards, kayaks, and swimming platform. We even caught a few fish right off the dock. There were amazing birds all over and fish jumping constantly. It was a super quiet place and it felt like we were the only ones there. We want to come back for sure and our kids are mad at us for not staying longer. We made some great memories. The few times we needed to head into town took us about 15 minutes each way (Walmart not too far away and a Runnings next door to it). A top notch get away and it was so quiet and nice.

Relaxing Getaway

Very comfortable home with a beautiful view of the lake as well as direct lake access. We loved the large three season porch and also the lower level screened porch. Bed was very comfortable, quiet area, and just what we needed to unwind. Kitchen was well appointed and the large smart tv was nice for those rainy days. We loved exploring the local small towns and St. Cloud was an easy drive for a day of shopping. Very fun getaway and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay on Big Swan

My wife and I stayed at the cabin on Big Swan and our adult kids stopped by. The property was very clean and as described. We brought our boat and loved the time on the lake. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The game room was a huge hit. Would stay again and recommend this property! Thank you!
