This is simply not true. There are numerous reviews on VRBO and Airbnb that state the house is extremely clean.

There is one staircase to access the second floor of the home. This does not warrant a 3 star review. Our listing is new to VRBO. The same listing on Airbnb has 4.89 stars, 76 reviews and is a guest favorite. Thank you

We appreciate the feedback and would like to provide some additional information for future guests. The microwave issue was caused by a broken door hinge from a previous guest that unfortunately had not been reported to us. Once we became aware of the problem, it was addressed and the microwave has since been repaired. Regarding the linens, the bedding was not wet; a few towels were found to be damp. There were additional dry towels available in the home, and we also offered to bring additional towels, but the guests let us know that was not necessary. The kitchen amenities provided are outlined in our listing so guests know what to expect before arrival. Salt is normally available, and had we been notified that it had run out, we would have been happy to replace it. We also investigated the concern regarding the pool table room and we have not found a chemical or other unusual odor in the space. We make an effort to be available and responsive throughout every stay. We reached out during this stay to ask if anything was needed but did not receive a response. Had these additional concerns been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to address them while the guests were there. We take guest feedback seriously and want future guests to feel comfortable contacting us during their stay. We appreciate the positive comments about the cleanliness, of course, are happy to hear the neighboring goats were enjoyed!
