Spent 2 weeks (1 with family, 1 with just myself and husband) at this condo and definitely worked great for our family! Location perfect for skiing at Highlands and Nubs Nob and dining in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Snowshoed in the Offield Family Viewlands located adjacent to Hideaway Valley. Ample bath towels, pool table was fun and the 3 bathrooms were great. Owner great to work with.
Great location, only thing that would have been nice is a garage door opener. Neighbors were all really nice. Had all the amenities needed. We were quite familiar with the location as we have friends that have a place in the same complex.
This is one of the best properties I have every stayed at Everything you want is there We couldnât figure out the tv we called owner talked us through the process on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is highest I give it a 20 really nice furniture and location is perfect nobody behind unit looks back at forest front of unit faces other townhouses but they are far away so the privacy is wonderful you wonât regret staying at this over the top townhouse
Second time staying here the unit is fantastic everything you need the owner is very responsive can never figure out the tv he walks me through the step
Less than 10 minutes from downtown petoskey and harbor springs wonderful deck overlooking the woods extremely quiet area you never hear anything
On a scale of one to ten where ten is the best I give this owner and condo a twenty
You will never regret staying here

Stayed 3 weeks
The rental had lost power before we arrived. Wet sheets were left in the dryer. Food that had gone bad was left in the fridge. Also, there were issues with ants in the kitchen.
Excellent location for skiing at The Highlands; very spacious 3-floor unit with a garage, which easily accommodated our family of 6; furnishings, decor, and kitchen appliances/cookware were very outdated - the unit would benefit significantly from an upgrade. Overall, functional and good value.
We loved our stay! The unit could use a lot of updating in the appliance department and some minor updating could go a long way. Only hiccup was we brought a ton of stuff for grilling and there was only a charcoal grill. When cooking for 8 at the end of a long day it was tough to wait 30 minutes for the coals to cool down. Beds were comfy, unit was clean and comfortable. Thanks
had a fun week staying here and skiing nubâs nob. three adults and three kids had plenty of room. basement was a plus, offering a space w/a large tv for the kids to escape to. would stay here again.
Condo was exactly what we were looking for! A few minutes drive to Nubs and Highlands and a clean, comfortable well-equipped place to return after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed a family pool tournament in the basement and could all hang out comfortably in the main living space. Garage parking was an added bonus. David responded quickly to a couple pre-trip questions. Great place, great value!
We had such a great time! The condo was very clean with a lot of room. It was perfect! Just minutes away from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. Also close to both Harbor Springs and Petosky. The owner, David was very easy to communicate with. We Definitely recommend!!
What a wonderful house. Very clean and the furnishings were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. We were three senior ladies who were technically challenged with the Apple TV but the owner was wonderful with helping us.. The location was perfect for visiting the area.. Would highly recommend renting this home.
My husband, sister, brother-in-law and I had a wonderful getaway weekend. Condo 50 is very clean and comfortable. David (the owner) was very responsive, and let us check in a bit early (thank you!). He also was quick to call and walk us thru how to work the TV when we couldnât quite figure it out. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked breakfast each day. The 4 of us had plenty of room, and never felt like we were on top of each other.
The condo is also located in a great area, close to lots of activities. We spent 2 days boating on Crooked Lake (rented a pontoon boat from the Windjammer) and then spent a day on Mackinaw Island. Dinners out included the Dam Site Inn in Pelston, as well as the Side Door Saloon in Petoskey. We also enjoyed an evening in Charlevoix, watching the boats and having ice cream.
I would recommend this condo for future trips.
Quiet & peaceful location. pretty wooded view from back porch. Wonderful walking trails in area. Short drive to Harbor Springs, Petoskey etc. would stay again. The owner, David, was very responsive to questions & needs. Thank you.
The location of condo is ideal for summer and winter activities.
Main floor comfortable and large dining room table. Comfortable seating in living room for 6-7 persons and for 6-8 in dining room.
Kitchen is dated. Simple meals can be managed.
Nice recreation room. Some of the beds very firm.
Photos are accurate description of condo. Nice and clean.
Communication with owner was excellent.
A very nice condo. Great location with many places to visit nearby. The ONLY drawback is the number of stairs within the condo. If there are senior citizens in your group, this may be a problem; otherwise ,this is a fine rental.
We have stayed at Hideaway Valley many times and this condo was one of the nicest. Plenty of room and a well-equipped kitchen even though we ate out every day. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows and a down quilt in the master bedroom. Great area to cross country ski without having to go to the slopes.
We bought this property because Boyne Highlands is our family's favorite place to snow ski, and Harbor Springs offers excellent restaurants to visit after a hard day of skiing. We live on the Saginaw Bay and therefore don't use the condo much in the summer. The units in Hideaway Valley phase II are large compared to others in the area, and we love the quiet setting of our building.
Our quiet, secluded condo development is up in the hills (near the two large ski areas), and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of conservancy property (a former golf course) and state land, and there are plenty of walking and hiking opportunities. There is parking for boats and snowmobiles on trailers, and we are right on a snowmobile trail that extends throughout the area.
