Cozy house in Indian River. Walking distance to Burt Lake and the public Beach.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home is in a great location between Indian River and the Sturgeon River and walking distance from Burt Lake and the public beach. Enjoy everything northern Michigan has to offer.

The place was clean and presentable when we first arrived. We brought some games and toys for the kids, but they loved the ones at the property even better. A pleasant 10 minute walk to ice cream, candy, the beach, restaurants, coffee place, some stores and a playground. Couldn't ask for anything better with the location.Perfect for a family or a romantic getawayClose enough
Lovely home! Check-in was a breeze. So many unexpected extras from a coffee bar with coffee grinder, coffee and teas to beach towels, laundry and bath soaps, shampoo and sunscreen!
The house at home base for 4 adults and two kids. The guys did some fishing and the ladies and kids made a trip to the island. We didnât spend a lot of time at the house but it was a nice setup and it was a comfy and cozy home base for an up north weekend
Very clean well maintained place. Only suggestion we have because there is only one bathroom which is a bath/shower unit, would be to install a few safety bars for older people.
Booked this spot for a guys-only fishing trip for Father's Day weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and issue-free. Bonus points: the driveway was just long enough for our 18' boat and truck to park and not be in the road! Would definitely stay here again.
A group of four of us came up to fish Burt and Mullet lake for a long weekend, the property was great accommodating all of us. Short walk down the road to downtown where Northland Brewing was a hit along with their food trucks. 310 Station was also another great spot for some lunch/dinner. Would stay here again 10 times over.
My husband & I went up north for our 10 year wedding anniversary trip and stayed here! The property manager was SO incredibly helpful in answering a ton of questions for me after I booked the house! I wasn't familiar with the area & was planning a surprise vow renewal for my husband and I! I couldn't have pulled it off without the help of her/him! The home is so charming! It was very clean and had everything we needed as far as towels, bedding, kitchen supplies etc. The bed we slept in was super comfy and the pillows were great too! The neighborhood is slightly off of the main drag and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
We were looking for a location for a fall color bike ride. This place is close to the North Central State Trail. We had a great ride into Cheboygan and the colors were lovely!
The house is well organized and clean with a nice yard.
