This office has a queen Murphy bed (that can be set up prior to arrival upon request) and uses its own full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room is situated adjacent to the kitchen.

On the 2nd level, there are the 3 additional bedrooms. The 1st is another king suite with its own balcony and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd is a queen suite that includes a twin pull-out a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The last bedroom is the kid's suite with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a shower/tub combo.

A spectacular outdoor experience is all yours at this home with lush greenery so you can take in the views of the gorgeous marsh and Salty Dog Marina beyond the brand-new pool or separate stand-alone hot tub. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
