The Cape

The Cape will feel like your home away from home. It is a short walk to the beach, walking distance to The Pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our bright and airy home is ideal for couples, families and friend groups. It has been thoughtfully equipped so you’ll find you have everything you need. We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast!

One of our favorite features of the home is the backyard space. It provides ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. Our home is one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly.



***Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. You can request to have the thermostat unlocked but may be responsible for any service issues related to the unit freezing up.

This home is a duplex. The entire left side of the home will be yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for three vehicles.

BY BOOKING YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT:



- Routine Lawn Maintenance and Care

- Honor all Rules

-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we ask that you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use. The guest will be responsible for replacement of any items damaged during their stay due to negligence.

Guest access:

-Guests have access to the entire left side of the home including the private garage for laundry & equipment storage.



-There is a gas grill on site, propane is INCLUDED.



Other things to note:

Maximum 4 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 4 small kids in total.

Have two families or a big group looking to stay together? Both sides of the duplex are available to book together and have a 10 ft gate that can join the backyard spaces together. Please message us directly for help booking the entire place.

Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. No parties. Must be age 24+ to rent. No pets allowed.

**This home is part of a duplex. We please ask that you are courteous to your neighbors and lower the noise after 9pm.

Kennedy Space Center: Just a 40 minute drive from Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center gives you a peek back at the space race that took the United States to the moon, with an incredible opportunity to see the Atlantis space shuttle up close and personal.

The Dinosaur Store and Museum: For the dinosaur fans in the family, take them to The Dinosaur Store and Museum (a combination of museum and store that’s fun and includes an arcade, history, and science facts.

Parks: Parks in the area include Jetty Park Pier, where you can watch the cruise ships leave and arrive in port, Manatee Park, Banana River Park, Center Street Park, and Lori Wilson Park is right on the beach.
