Everything You Need

They thought of everything, even a jewelry box. We were provided all that was necessary for a sit-down on the beach. The apartment was clean and the property well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable and the location is steps from the beach.

This unit was really well maintained and super well equipped. We cooked a lot while we were visiting and there was virtually everything we needed to do that. Host was exceptional in giving directions both ahead of our visit and while we were there. This is a great location and definitely someplace I would come back to. Thanks for a great stay!

Business Trip Finisher

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the vacation rental and it's location immensely! We love Cocoa Beach and it was the perfect ending to my business trip to Orlando. We hope to stay there again soon!

Great Place!

Very clean property close to the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Cocoa Beach pier, but far enough away to not be so crowded. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.

Loved this VRBO property! Was super clean and perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! Quick walk to the beach and easy access to Publix, Duncan Donuts and many great restaurants. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay

Great place but wish the parking had more room because we could barely get our F150 short bed in our parking space. Large vehicles should not stay here!

Thank you for the 5 Star! Parking is tight, but a F150 will fit fine as long as it is pulled up all the way up to the unit sign.

Convenient and Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. A friend of ours was also staying and they gave me the availability to decorate her unit which made the weekend even more special. The locations provides all you need to make your beach vacay enjoyable and stress free. The unit was clean, bedding comfortable and location was perfect! Definitely will be coming back.

With all of the properties available in Cocoa Beach, this is the one for us! AVA has everything we need and want—Proximity to the beach, fresh, clean, well appointed, and a thoughtfulness to the tiniest details and amenities. We’ve stayed at other properties but this is the one we keep coming back to!

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and it was perfect. Cute place that was accurately described. Beach is across street (not beachfront) but easily accessible. We wish we could have enjoyed it but weather was terribly rainy, cold, and windy. Liked the shared outdoor space. Would stay again

Perfect base for relaxing

This was our second stay in this unit. We adore spending a few days here to decompress after Orlando! It is clean, comfy and close to everything. I love the well-stocked beach room with wagons, chairs, toys and coolers. We really love this space. Cant wait to come back!

Nice clean little place right next to the ocean

We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area. All areas of the property were clean and tidy. Right next to the beach. Everything was comfortable and in great working order. Access to all of their beach items was such a huge convenience and we greatly appreciated that accommodation.
