We're also committed to providing a safe, healthy and delightful environment for our guests! We pay attention to the details; from thread count in our sheets, to sanitizer wipe packets provided for your convenience, to hospitality certificates and more!
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Special filters are in all air systems with additional Hepa air purifiers in each bedroom as well as allergen preventative covered beddings. We disinfect the premises after each check out and on a weekly basis for long term guests.

“Pond House” is unpretentious on the outside. Then you open the front door.
She’s a bright, enchanting secluded home in a prestigious gated private club nestled in the back of 1.5 acres on a pond on the golf course and won’t be available long! A large terrace overlooking the Pond and Holes 5 & 15 encompasses the back of the house and is great for outdoor entertaining. We’re less than 1/4 mile from US Open/ Pinehurst # 2 and within a 20 minute drive to all major area clubs and courses.

Pond House is spacious, has Wi-Fi, high speed internet and is fully-equipped. Linens/towels and other necessities included. Our furnishings are casually elegant and comfortable with an open floor plan which is freshly painted with an updated interior. Original artwork enhances the rooms throughout the house.

The Den with cozy fireplace has a wet bar with separate mini frig, game table, Roku Streaming Smart TV and a half bath. Hardwood floors throughout, Pond House has a lovely Dining Room adjoining a large Living Room with fireplace, perfect for get togethers with friends.

The Master Bedroom has a firm king bed, 49" Streaming Smart TV and lots of clothing storage. An en-suite bath contains Corian counters, tile shower & floors, solid wood cabinetry and brushed nickel faucetry.

At the other end of the house the Guest suite includes a bedroom with two XL pillow top twin beds (one firm, and can be joined to make a king), 48" Streaming Smart TV, plenty of closet space and the adjoining bath has Corian counters, glass enclosed shower/tub, tile floor, wood cabinetry and brushed nickel faucetry. Additionally, the en-suite small den or office has a queen pull out sofa for surprise visitors.

The Pullman kitchen has all the appliances, accessories, and accoutrements to make your visit comfortable. For fun there’s an outdoor grill, where you can relax and dine on the terrace while listening to soothing water sounds from the Pond’s fountain.

For extended stays, we also have a full size washer and dryer
