- Maximum Occupancy: This rental sleeps up to 6 guests. Rollaway beds and cribs are not allowed. Guests with infants may bring a pack-and-play.
- Parking: Due to limited space, only 2 vehicles may be parked at the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.

- Meticulous Cleaning: This condo is cleaned by the owner's personal housekeeper, who cleans only this unit per day to ensure exceptional cleanliness for your arrival.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is beautiful, clean and close to food and entertainment. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing get away with a panoramic views

A great place to stay. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I can say is I wish they had blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. Kids woke up early with all the light and it was hard for them to go to bed with the street lights.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We had a great time at this location. Very spacious, beautiful beachfront view. The owners took the time to have all the needed appliance and more! Comfortable bedding and outdoor furniture. We will definitely return to this location. Property pool needs improvement, but overall outstanding family vacation!

CLEAN, comfortable & felt like home!

All the reviews were accurate: squeaky clean, organized with labels, very well appointed, and tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to details. Even though tropical depression Debby caused us to stay indoors more than we would have liked, we made the best of it with great food, games and movies in a super comfortable environment. Our only complaint (trivial) was that the towels were so new that they left fuzzies on us. After washing them once, it was much improved. We look forward to hopefully coming back next year!!

The view is spectacular, beautiful décor and you are a few steps from the beach. It is filled with all you will need and things you didn't think of (sewing kit, first aid kit, games, binder with suggestions for local restaurants, medical needs, etc). Great location near the main highway which has many restaurants, shopping and attractions. We highly recommend staying here!

Best place we have stayed in Myrtle

This condo is amazing! Location is perfect. Condo was immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beach access is insanely convenient. The views are spectacular. Beds were all super comfortable. Showers/bathrooms are awesome. Plenty of room to move around. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Full size washer and dryer. Super convenient parking. The decor looks straight out of a magazine. The owner has a book with tons of useful local information and personal favorites, plus so many personal touches for the guests. This place is obviously well cared for and has thoughtful owners. My sister, my nieces and myself stay at the beach every year. This was the absolute best stay yet. We will DEFINITELY be back!! If you are thinking about booking here, what are you waiting for??? Just do it!! You won’t regret it.

Carolina Realty was wonderful to work with.Cons: The balcony area was a disappointment. Online photos made the area look more spacious than the reality. The spacing between the posts on the railing is gapped far enough apart that a toddler can easily fit/fall through them. The online description states the unit is kid friendly. I would agree for older children, not toddlers. Online description stated the 2nd bathroom had a tub/shower combo. This information needs to be updated; tubs are not an option in this unit. Also, the online description states the rental is immaculately clean. To me, that statement means I should not see cobwebs of any kind, dirty ceiling fans, and unvacuumed carpets. Our daughter had to vacuum the living room area rug sonher 13 month old would not eat whatever was left behind from previous renters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so well thought out. It’s as if both the owners and the housekeeper borrowed my brain in preparation for our arrival. Nothing, not one detail was missed. Cleanliness is an understatement. Not that I hunt for dirt but I’m observant. Every window sill, baseboard, fan, dark corner of a room, all tended to. I can’t rave enough about being able to fully relax and feel comfortable away from home knowing the blankets, furniture, pillows, everything was cleaned and ready for us. Not to mention they do exactly what I do/did for my in-laws when they stay here. Every drawer was labeled there was never time spent hunting down kitchen items. We brought our own spices and things but were pleased most basic kitchen items, and seasonings were provided. The owners provide a red notebook that gives plenty of detailed information to enjoy your stay and their home to its maximum potential. Aesthetically, This condo is stunning. Decorated with style while not feeling like a museum. I would describe the bed as med/soft and it has an adjustable base which was great after a long day of getting beat up by the waves. This condo gave us a luxury feel for sure. In signing the guest book, its clear they have plenty of repeat guests and now I understand why! By the end of the first day I told my husband don’t be surprised if we’re back here next year💜To absolutely no fault of the owners of this condo......the balcony carpet was being replaced above us from Tuesday to Thursday from approx 10-4PM which resulted in hearing loud grinding both inside the condo and even out on the beach. That did cause some disruption and discomfort as we weren’t aware. I wish it was required for owners to turn in information when your condos having work done so the people around them can plan accordingly. I only mention in the event thats something they can share with the building owners/HOA

Reviewer Comments: Pros: very clean, decorated nicely, great locationCons: the owner was in the condo when we arrived she went over her rules and what was wrong with the unit. She also watched our comings and goings on the ring doorbell. She called the realty company to have them call me to complain that my husband brought a cart into the unit. He brought it to the door and unloaded it. They called with the time and date that he "brought it in" and told me how that wasn't allowed, etc.
