....Here's a glance at what you'll enjoy at Bikini Bottom....
As you enter our complex, our home is located in the first building from the street. Unlike many other large condo buildings, we're a small community of just two townhome complexes, making it very family friendly & easy to access away from all the hustle and bustle! We offer convenient keyless entry for all of our guests & parking directly in front of the condo, so both arrival & the duration of your stay involves seamless entry.
We always recommend to take a moment at arrival (or anytime during your stay) to step onto the communal back dock, breathe in the salt air, and maybe see a few fish (and on many occasions, dolphins) leap from the water. The docks are great for fishing, or catching one of the local water taxis to cruise around the harbor or to Crab Island. Please keep in mind, however, that we do not offer any watercraft or trailer parking at any time. Docks are NOT available for guest watercraft docking, but there are many local marinas nearby to accommodate any boating needs.
Upon entry, you'll go up the first staircase, & you'll enter directly into our dining area with seating for four for a quick bite to eat during your stay, or your nightly meals gathered together. This is a great space to work from home if needed as well! The first balcony is located here, with a small seating area. A half bath is located on this floor for convenience!
Our kitchen is directly off the dining area, with a simple place to cook your meals in during your stay. We offer all major appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave) as well as dishes, cookware, cutlery, bakeware, pots & pans, blender, toaster, griddle, crockpot, standard & Keurig coffee maker, and more!
The living room is open to the dining area, with a queen sleeper sofa & a few chairs to gather together! We have a large flat screen TV with Cox Cable. In the cooler months, guests can enjoy our electric fireplace to take the chill out, or just have a nice vibe for your evening! Enjoy some blissful moments relaxing on the balcony right off the living room, that has a nice view of the harbor canal both day & night! Fireworks can be seen
Up to the third floor, guests will find both bedrooms. No need to worry about being the first to pick your room, as we boast both bedrooms having their own private bath! To the right is the King bedroom, complete with a Roku Enabled SmartTv, with provided Cox Cable, and closet space for storing your luggage. The bathroom offers a shower & tub combo, toilet, and vanity. Much like the other rooms in this home, you can enjoy your own private balcony!
The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bed & Roku enabled SmartTv with provided Cox Cable. The last balcony is private to this room & offers a nice place to kick back at the end of the day. This room offers a nice walk-in closet right before the en-suite bathroom. There's plenty of room to get ready for the day in the bathroom that offers a vanity space, toilet, and a tub & shower combo.
We offer one designated numbered parking spot in the front of the building, and our garage is available for parking one vehicle. Guests can enjoy storing their beach items in the garage to keep the sandy feet to a minimum indoors! We do supply beach towels for guest use during your stay. Our garage space offers a full size washer & dryer for use at any time during your trip.
Guests can enjoy access to our docks out back for fishing, pickup from the water taxi (many various boats run depending on the season, or just taking in the view! We regretfully do not offer boat slips for guest use, but recommend local marinas for your watercraft needs!
Beach access is a short walk away, about 10 homes from your place. It is a gated area, exclusive to guests staying only on Holiday Isle and a keycard is provided for use during your stay.
For our little travelers we provide a pack & play, high chair, baby gates for the stairs, and plastic silverware/dishes. These items are always at the condo, so no need to request them for your stay.
Guest Access:
Laguna Point is a cozy neighborhood tucked away on Holiday Isle-right in central Destin. You are literally minutes away from Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahunas--all the shopping, dining, entertainment, outdoor activities, nightlife, and of course THE BEACH no matter which direction you go!
The private gated beach access is a short 10 homes away from your doorstep of the condo. Everything else easily accessed by car-and we're located centrally in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the Harborwalk or Crab Island!
PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
Other Things to Note:
A few important things to keep in mind:
-This is a 3 story townhome with stairs only & no elevator access. It's not always a good fit for those with mobility issues.
-Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)
-Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap).We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.
If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use, we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach items are not provided or guaranteed.
-Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.
-Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities.
We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. Our strong preference is communication directly through the booking platform so that we have all the details of your trip to make assisting you a breeze, and you'll receive a quicker response with our team available to assist.

For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know where you're staying and the logistics of your trip!).
