Welcome to condo ANAH, managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This condominium is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, just four blocks from the famous Fifth Av. In one of the most accessible areas of the city.
The main room has a king bed, full bathroom with shower and a closet; additionally, the main room has access to a balcony overlooking the building. The guest room offers a king bed, closet, and full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
This condominium has a living room with TV, and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The building has a terrace with an outdoor pool, rest area, bathroom, lounge chairs, elevator, gym and business center.
This condo is located in a very central area of Playa del Carmen, in the surroundings you can enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, bars and it is also very close to the beach.
From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities that range from diving to booking the most spectacular amusement parks of the Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Among the additional services of the concierge we can also stock your refrigerator with groceries before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and others.
MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
