The Space:

Welcome to our stylish studio stay at Syrena in the heart of Playa del Carmen! This fantastic spot is just 4 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue and 5 blocks from the beach. The building is packed with cool amenities like a beautiful rooftop pool, a garden-surrounded ground-level pool, a co-working area, a modern fitness center, a pool table, massage room, and communal BBQs. Plus, you can use the washer and dryer for a fee with a reservation. It's perfect for a comfy or longer-term stay, the building has 24/7 security, a front desk, and underground parking.



The studio has a luminous open layout, perfect for a couple. Relax in the comfy sofa sitting area in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV. The sofa can also be a bed for a third guest if needed.



There’s a well-equipped kitchen area with all the essentials you’d need to cook a simple meal at home – a great money saver! For enjoying meals or working on your laptop, there's a dining bar with two stools. Or, head out to your private balcony with a table, chairs, and lush tropical greenery.



When it's time to rest and recharge, take a few steps down to the sunken bedroom area. You’ll have a plush king bed and another Smart TV to enjoy winding down at night. Just behind the TV are the wall-to-wall glass doors to let in the natural light, or you can pull down the shades and sleep in. We include some bath essentials such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner to get you started, plush towels, a closet and good storage space for your things.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in the new Syrena Studio Living complex, steps to 5th Avenue, close to grocery stores and beach clubs like Mandarino and Martina and plenty of cafes and good restaurants. Some restaurant and cafe recommendations:

- Ojo de Agua (Healthy/Smoothies/Bowls)

- Chez Céline (French & Pastries)

- Ah Cacao (Coffee & Chocolatería)

Getting Around:

The condo is about 56 km | 35 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). A parking spot in the underground lot is available to you if you arrive by car. The complex is very centrally located, so you really don't even need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or take a ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride van) where you need to go. In case you do arrive by car, there’s secure underground parking.

- Please note: There is a bar/karaoke located on the corner of 25th Avenue, just across the street, that operates at night. We have insulated the access doors to reduce noise as much as possible; however, if you’re a light sleeper or prefer to go to bed early, please keep this in mind before booking.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Electricity is included for stays under 28 nights. Over 28 nights, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area rules and hours at the condo complex must be respected. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

- You must reserve with the front desk to use the washer/dryer, pool table, BBQ, and massage room.

- We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival, you will need to pass by the reception area to register. Then, you will access the condo by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
