Association approvals:

For everyone's safety, this reservation is subject to the approval of the condominium. We are here to assist you throughout the entire process and will help you with the necessary paperwork. We will cover the non-refundable application fee of $150 for the first adult or married couple. Submitting the completed application for association approval at least one week before the reservation's effective date is important. In the event of a last-minute reservation, we will cover any additional fees. Although we have not encountered this situation, if the prospective guest(s) is/are not approved, the reservation will be canceled. Any deposits made will be fully refunded to you.
