This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers, families, groups and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- Primary renter must be 18+ years old
- No smoking inside the home. The reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine if smoking rules are violated.
- No additional guests. If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation.
- Zero tolerance policy for parties, gatherings, or unapproved visitors. If you wish to have visitors during your stay you must inform the host. Individuals not on the reservation may not stay on the property overnight or past quiet hours even if approved. Any parties or gatherings will trigger an immediate cancellation without refund through VRBO.
- Quiet hours are 10PM - 7 AM. Please keep noise down during these hours to keep a peaceful neighborhood.
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
- Dogs are allowed for a $100 fee.
