Atlanta Urban Cottage #1 offers lux intown accommodations near everything the ATL has to offer. Hosts large groups comfortably. Perfect for couples, great for families, as well as business travel. Just a 5 min drive to Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, & State Farm Arena. 7 mins to GA Tech, the AUC campuses & newly opened Westside Park. With top restaurants and shopping nearby, you are sure to have an excellent intown stay. Note: This neighborhood has not experienced much redevelopment!

New renovations brings this classic bungalow into the modern age. A snack basket with water will welcome you upon arrival. There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, stylish new floors throughout and decorator grade tile in updated bathrooms. Comfortable beds and linens. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom with basic cable. WiFi access. Relax on the front porch. A charcoal grill, outdoor eating and lounge area are highlights of the back yard. No smoking on premises including front porch. Sorry, strictly no pets of any kind due to owner’s allergies.

Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Driveway access is included. We do not have a garage but you may use additional parking behind the fence.

We have an exterior camera for safety. Please read about the neighborhood in the listing. While this part of town is going through redevelopment phase, we have had great experiences for our guests. No issues at all. We want to make sure you understand this aspect of the Airbnb.

We own the property next door and the homes are fenced in together. Our property next door is also an Airbnb. Sometimes guests rent them out together. If this is not the case please be mindful and respectful of the other guests in the adjoining property.

Guests staying on Sunday nights are asked to take the green trash bin and the blue recycling bin to the curb for pick-up on Monday morning. To confirm you read the entire listing, include the words “Mercedes-Benz Stadium” in your booking.

This is an transitioning urban area. More directly the neighborhood is in the pre-gentrification stages. Improvements are noticeable with new parks, new construction and renovation all around. Change is occurring however it is the area isn't redeveloped yet. It is recommended to use your car or Uber/Lyft to get around. There is a Marta train station about a 15 minute walk away.
Please remember to update your guest count. Day visitors count as guests.

During your stay please:

1. Close front/back doors immediately after leaving or entering the house. This will help limit the amount of bugs and mosquitoes in the house plus keep the house at an ideal temperature.

2. Remove shoes upon entering the house.

3. Do not take any inside furniture outdoors for any reason.

4. Please do not step on any bathmats or rugs with outside shoes.

5. No smoking allowed.

6. Set the alarm to AWAY each time you leave the house. You can also set it to HOME when you go to sleep at night.

7. If you have a car you can park inside the gated driveway. We have room for 2 cars inside the gate or 2 cars in the driveway outside the gate. The key will be in the lockbox.

8. Please Please Please be mindful of our decorative pillows and linens. We have white linen for its cleanliness. Do not stain it with makeup. Please remove makeup and any type of spray tan before laying on linen. We provide wipes in each bathroom. If you hair color is transferable please cover so it will not stain. Also please remove decorative pillows and pillows with shams from the bed before sleeping. Sleep on regular pillow cases only. Extra pillows can be provided if you need. DAMAGED LINENS AND/OR TOWELS WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA FEE.

9. No pets. The owner has severe allergies to pet dander.

Upon checking out:

1. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, place a dishwasher pod in the dispenser and leave running.

2. Leave all dirty towels in the bath tub for the house cleaner.

3. Do not remove linen from beds. The cleaner will do it.

4. Place all trash in trash bags and take all trash to the outside trash bin. If you are staying through Sunday please pull trash bin to the sidewalk as it gets collected on Monday mornings.

Check-in steps: The code for the lock-box on the porch column is (given at check in). Remove the key to gain access to the home. The lockbox is sort of on the back side of the column, hidden from street view.

Once inside you will hear the alarm beep. Your code for the alarm is:
