Welcome to paradise! The Westbay Point and Moorings complex is a private and spacious waterfront community offering an unparalleled vacation experience. Enjoy the ultimate island experience in this condo with beautiful water views the moment you enter the bright and open living space. The entire living and dining area in this 2nd-floor unit has gorgeous views that face west for spectacular sunsets with the front screened-in porch facing east for incredible sunrises. Lounge in your coastal chic open concept living room where natural sunlight pours in through the floor to ceiling windows. Those water views just seem endless. Play a game of cards or watch a movie on the 65” Smart Tv which includes cable and streaming platform access. Enjoy cooking and entertaining with a fully stocked kitchen and dine at the 6-person table or granite kitchen island. The 2 bedrooms provide plenty of comfort with a king bed in the primary bedroom and 2 queens in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and Smart TVs. The living room also has a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa so there’s plenty of space for you and your family/guests. You will love being so close to the world-renowned beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This space offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Swin or lounge by the beautiful outdoor heated pool and hot tub, in the spectacular sun or under the jasmine covered pergola. Walk to the dock right outside your door and enjoy the incredible wildlife while watching the boats cruise by or drop a line and catch your dinner. Dolphins, manatees and pelicans are daily visitors!
