Casa Apartamento in Jaco downtown 5 min from the beach

Enjoy the simplicity of this cozy and centrally-located place. Located near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and businesses but at the same time in a quiet and safe condominium. Only 200 meters from the beach, you won't need to use the car, you can walk around.

The space
After checking the vehicle access with the security guard, you can pack the car in front of the apartment. A cozy terrace space with a table and two chairs will be welcome. Once they enter through the front door you will find the dining room.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, which you can use as best suits you, either only as a sofa or open it to turn it into a bed. On the wall is the entertainment part with a 50"Smart TV, cable TV with more than 300 channels, and most importantly a powerful 200mb wifi.

On the other side is the dining table, which can also be used for work. We continue towards the kitchen, which is fully equipped with Refri, Freezer, Microwave Oven, Electric Kitchen, Sink, Coffee Maker, Rice Bee, Pans, Cutlery, Dishes and Glasses.

In the main room you will find a super comfortable orthopedic double bed with its nightstand and some shelves to the wall to be able to store personal objects. In this room is where the Air Conditioning unit is located recently replaced by a new one, it is now more powerful able to refresh the whole apartment.

At the bottom of the apartment you will find the second bedroom, with a two single bed cabin and a closet to place suitcases or other objects. It is also this final space of the house located a full bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower with hot water.

Guest access
Guests can have access to common areas of the condominium, such as the living room with its comfortable armchairs and pool area. The latter is fully equipped with beach chairs, tables and chairs, so that the extended stay is pleasant and comfortable.

Other things to note
The condominium is located in pure downtown Jaco, in a very quiet area behind the park. Just 50 meters away you will find the Plaza Coral shopping center which has a Mega Super, a pharmacy, a Pizza Hut, a KFC, a Cinema and other stores.

In front of the mall, there is a street that allows us to reach the beach in just 5 minutes, about 150 meters.

From the privileged location of the condominium we can walk anywhere in Jaco and in a few minutes reach other important milestones such as the famous Jaco Walk, Mas x less, Subway, Pops, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, cafes, bars and clubs.
