This sprawling luxury estate is packed with amenities and sits a short walk from EVERYWHERE you want to be! 5,600 square feet of elegance, an enormous chef's kitchen with seating for up to 22!! 5 en-suites with ample bed and sleeping options, and large gathering spaces, this home is a perfect spot to gather for a family reunion or build memories with friends. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong, TVs everywhere. Walk almost anywhere: to the ice rink, to town, to Rotary Park and playground, or Carter Park for spectacular sledding, tennis, and more playgrounds! Hop the free shuttle at the corner and puddle jump to the slopes or tour town. Spend less time driving and parking and more time enjoying all the Breckenridge has to offer. Sacrifice nothing in access, location, bedroom and living space, private baths, or amenities!
The main level is an entertaining paradise. The expansive and scrumptious kitchen boast a Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, double oven, and cascading prep and gathering areas. The formal dinning which seats 10, plus 6 at the kitchen counter table, and another 6 in an elevated glass surround kitchen nook allow large groups to gather and enjoy meals. Meander to the main level living area to find ample seating centered around a 2-story stone fireplace, flat screen, and towering glass with views of the slopes. The main level king master offers private balcony access, fireplace, flat screen, and stunning private 5 piece bath including an elevated glass surround soaking tub. A sprawling deck with views, gas grill, and a private hot tub offer that perfect soak after a day on the slopes or outdoor entertaining in the summer. A central powder bath, and direct access to climate-controlled garage parking finish off the main floor.
