Pet Policy
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There's an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. To ensure everything is disclosed up front, if discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

great place!

We had such a wonderful time here. It was very clean and comfortable and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was extremely helpful and every person we interacted with was very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in San Antonio. I would stay here again in an instant!!!!

Nice Upscale Apartment in a Fantastic Location

We completely enjoyed our time at this apartment. The location was FABULOUS. The apartment complex felt very safe and quiet. The parking was an underground, gated complex that kept your car cool and safe. Restaurants and bars galore in walking distance. Tons of shopping complexes and downtown area within a 5 minute drive. This VRBO had everything we wanted and more. The host was easy and pleasant to communicate with. In full transparency there was a train that ran not far from the complex and the whistle could be heard from the apartment, but it was not loud and overbearing in any way inside the apartment. It was a non-issue for us and reminded us of our old house that we first lived in as a married couple. Kind of nostalgic. We have definitely found our new getaway to San Antonio and we look forward to coming back next time we are in town for a quick couples getaway.

Cleanliness/Smell

The place was a well put together place to stay, however, as soon as you walked into the unit it smelled like old cigarette smoke. The blinds were missing a few slots so even if you tried to close them, people were still able to see inside the unit. The utensils are extremely DIRTY! I couldn’t stand the smell of the unit so I ended up staying with an old battle buddy. There were roaches in the bathroom. The couch is worn out, it sinks completely in as soon as you sit down. The overall experience of the unit was Ok. You guys definitely need to THOROUGHLY clean that unit & fix the blinds as well as freshen up the unit as a whole.

Great, NOT so GREAT

Initially, I was impressed. I walked in and everything was picture perfect. The view, the location. The apartment building itself…beautiful. The apartment is small yet spacious and most importantly CLEAN. So I thought. I saw two baby roaches the first day, in the bathroom. Now, I can deal with that. However, I knew that when there are babies, they’re adults. I was there for 3 nights and on the second morning, I go into the kitchen area…turn on the lights and there were 2 larger roaches on the counter. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned time and that’s judging by the hard dried stuck on food that was on the plate. I did reach out to the host to make them aware and I’m pretty sure generic automated messages are sent vs a human b/c the response didn’t address the roaches. That evening one was on kitchen table, another had fallen out of the vent on the wall. The next morning there was one on the nightstand in the bedroom. I’m not a picky demanding person. However, this is just unacceptable. I’m hoping this review is actually posted for the public. I also hope the host corrects these issues, to include replacing the missing living room blinds. Since there aren’t any curtains, there is limited privacy.
