The Art House Joshua Tree is our lovingly restored family home and creative retreat. Surrounded by 100's of miles of uninterrupted views of the Mojave desert it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect and be inspired. Watch the sun rise and set from the comfort, quiet and privacy of our 1950's dream house on 2.5 acres of private land. We created this space as place to escape from the day to day and to slow down. Originally built in 1950's as a homesteader cabin the house has been expanded and modernised over the years to over 1900 square feet of stylishly curated living space. Two spacious bedrooms, both with large free-standing tubs and king beds, queen sofa bed in wood panelled living room, a new fully equipped kitchen, queen day-bed and dining area with unforgettable views. Every detail has been considered with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. We are 15 minutes drive from Joshua Tree town and 20 mins to the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park.

★ Outdoor cinema with projector, roll down screen screen, and comfy seating area.

★ All new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, blender, kettle and much more.

★ Custom made reclaimed wood indoor and outdoor dining tables, with dining on both east and west sides of the house.

★ Propane BBQ + fire pit (full gas bottles are included in each visit, if you use more than one bottle per appliance you will need to refill locally)

★ 2.5 private acres surrounded by wildlife corridor with regular sightings of cotton tails, coyotes and road runners.

★ Desks and studio space to work away from home.

★ Excellent Wifi

★ Remote controlled Mini Splits and ceiling fans throughout the house.

★ 2 acres of closed fencing with beautifully maintained garden of native plants and cactus.
