PCB Pet Friendly Condo on the BEACH! Gulfgate 412

Gulfgate 412 - Pet Friendly 3 Bed - 2 Bath condo at Gulfgate Condominium. Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand! Gulfgate 412 is on Surf Drive near Thomas Drive and close to St. Andrew's State Park. Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums with only 5 floors.

Unit 412 is an end unit condo with easy access to the stairs and elevator. The living area is spacious with a sofa, love seat, & new recliner, and walks out to the Gulf front balcony! There is a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access and a lovely view of the Gulf! There is a queen size bed in bedroom #2, and a queen size bed in bedroom #3. The two bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo and the master bath has a double vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family! There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony gives you a beautiful view of the OCEAN and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate can enjoy the following amenities: FREE Internet/WiFi, Free parking, private beach access, swimming pool, and a NEW! BBQ grill area coming in Spring 2026 for guests to use!

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Pet fee is $150 per dog. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

Gulfgate has helpful Anchor Management staff and a skilled maintenance team located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would not recommend this. The unit was still in the 80s as far as appliances and furniture/decor. Also, the Polar Glass company was there working on the windows and doors and decided to just walk right in our unit at 7 AM. Would not spend $2100 here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really disappointed when we arrived and found that the master bedroom was hot as blazes compared to the rest of the room. They did bring us a box fan on our 4 th day Also our dryer tore up and burned and ruined several of our clothes and we were told to go to room 409 to dry our clothes until Friday and then we wouldn’t have a washer or dryer I was told by 2 ladies one was the property manager that we would get a refund on the items that was ruined and some off of the $4400 we paid to stay there. We still haven’t heard a word on that status. ,, the best part was the time we got to spend together With our daughters and grandkids I just would like for them to follow through with what they said they’re gonna do

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I love gulfgate, it's small and easy to get around, clean, we stay there every year. However this was our first time in room 412 and I will never stay in that room again, it seems like it was maintained by a 7 year old, and super noisy from the garbage chute. I'm not picky at all, but this unit is rough.

The condo was HOT and never seemed to cool off. After checking the air Air filter we realize that it hadn’t been changed since April. It was covered in dust. We ended up taking the filter to the front desk. This still seemed to not fix the issue. The beds also are not the most comfortable. The king bed has a lean to it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the place , it was a great set up for us. The balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic, got to see the dolphins playing out front and ate our breakfast there every day. The management staff there was fantastic, they even turned the pool up to 95 for us since the weather took a cold dip. The area was very nice . And with it being Christmas break we had the beach to ourselves. Definitely would recommend this place

Plenty of cookware to prepare meals. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend including beach chairs/umbrella as part of rental deal.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sadly we were disappointed with this place because it needs a lot of TLC. The couch in the photos is new, which was wonderful. But the beds were very uncomfortable and need new mattresses and comforters, especially the master bedroom. The bathrooms badly need updated as well, old grout and tubs and cracks n the doors that need repair or replaced. The kitchen needs new counters and cabinets (and supplies if you plan to do any cooking).. I was really looking forward to cooking some dinners in for the family but didn’t feel comfortable in the space at all so we barely spent time there. Thankfully we had good weather. The sand here is beautiful and most our our days we had good water.Not much within walking distance except Alibi’s and we enjoyed that enough to go several times.Anchor management did a great job making sure we had towels, sheets and were so friendly to answer all our questions. Our coffee maker was not working and a new one was sent to our room by the end of day.Overall $4800 for the week we would pick a different establishment that had been better maintained and updated.
