Several restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk of this home, and the closest beach access is under half a mile from your driveway and walkable for most groups.

The open concept living area is uncluttered and flooded with natural light. A double sleeper sofa and armchair beckon you to settle in and enjoy a favorite movie on the large flat screen TV. The dining table provides seating for six, with an additional two seats at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double sinks and quartz countertops, with plenty of space to prepare a family meal. The washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen, along with an additional deep sink for rinsing swimwear. Just beyond this space you’ll find the screened in side porch, with outdoor furniture for relaxing and a fan to keep you cool.

The master bedroom is located off the living room and is furnished with a queen bed, large flat screen TV and private deck access.
