When you're ready to head inside, you'll be welcomed into a spacious open living space that beautifully blends traditional and coastal styles together! There's plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your family or group, a sizable ottoman to kick your feet up, and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is only a couple of steps away and features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a huge center island with bar seating for 4. For those days that you'll be preparing meals at your home away from home, the dining area can seat up to 8. And, the real highlight of this floor is the enormous covered porch that boasts 6 rocking chairs and additional seating for up to 4. Should you need additional space for groceries, drinks, or your catch of the day, there's even a second refrigerator downstairs!

Down the hallway on this main floor, you'll find two of the four bedrooms — both with queen size beds. The first downstairs guest bedroom features a large flatscreen tv, desk, and an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom also has a writing desk and has easy access to the hall bath with an oversized tiled walk-in shower.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the house! It's a bonus living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers absolutely stunning ocean and marsh views. This “Captain's Perch”, with its built-in seating, offers a fantastic spot for watching the breathtaking Oak Island sunsets from up high! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs.

Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. The incredible master bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is fabulous for the younger travelers in your group — with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, a separate twin bed, and easy access to the fourth bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a pet fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more, the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT S INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
