Looks bigger than it is; I should've checked the SF. Cleanliness is ok at a surface level, bu tired and needs a deep clean, refresh.Throw pillows, seat surfaces, stained and dirty. One couch peeling. Washed a few blankets and water a dull grey so dirty. Cutlery and serving utensils needed a clean. Condiment packets in drawers from 2021.
Lovely beach cottage with relaxing and interesting views off the back porch. Very short walk to beach. Absolutely charming, and great for dog owners. Back deck needs some maintenance for safety. Loved the sun room, too- perfect for spring weather with nice cool breezes.
We enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Park house. Very short walk to the beach and plenty of space for us to relax and cool off indoors. One comment is that the rails on the deck railing are spaced far enough apart that a small child could slip through and fall. This really should be fixed before allowing families with small children to stay at this place.
