The condo was lovely. It is in a great location. The only odd thing was the bathroom setup. It’s a tight area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super easy to make reservation. Nice old building in a good location. The place was super clean and roomy. Furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed- all in excellent condition. Corner unit.Road noise was distracting as well as squeaky front door- but overall great place to stay.

this was an excellent centrally located residence close to shopping attractions and dining. Very walkable entrances steps and bathroom has steps in narrow toilet corridor otherwise excellent.

Very helpful host and very convenient location for downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean and had extra blankets and bedding if needed. I would stay here again in the future.

Place was fantastic for staying in historic Savannah. Parking is right around the corner but didn’t need my car at all. Place was very clean. Great dining around the area in walking distance

Everything was great. Google did lead us to the building across the street at first, but we figured it out. Bathroom is .... Tricky (small and tight). Location was excellent and convient with access to almost everything.

Close to the River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was nice but could have been better. The toilet seemed like an afterthought. After the second day, we started sitting off the side of the toilet, tired of hitting our head against the wall when trying to stand up. There's hardly any space between your knees and the wall in front of you. There's a grate just outside the bathroom, it's only a cover and is not secured. Not realizing, I stepped on it and is slipped out from under me causing me to twist my ankle. I called maintenance to fix but they were unable to resolve the issue during our stay so I just had to be more mindful of the area. The windows don't close well, allowing us to hear every bit of conversation that goes by, at all hours. Luckily, there were portable space heaters to help keep us warm. The apartment is very spacious which was nice. It's close to the 2 main streets making it easy to walk around and explore.

Lovely, open, and very clean space. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The parking garage was barely two blocks away and super easy with the provided parking pass with this listing. It was nice to have a working ice maker as well. The only issue was the small space for the toilet.

A wonderful spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about this vacation rental. It was so roomy and in a wonderful location. The coffee maker uses K cups. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs because it’s in a busy area and sirens pass by occasionally. And I’m not sure how you could use this if you can’t climb stairs to the entrance. The manager was easily accessible, and I would definitely stay here again. Wish I could upload the video I took.
