The fully-equipped kitchen is a delight for any aspiring chef, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. Between the breakfast bar, dining area, and screened-in porch ample seating is provided for everyone to enjoy meals together, fostering a sense of togetherness and camaraderie.

The living room offers a cozy retreat, complete with plush seating and a flat-screen TV connected to cable, streaming platforms, and a DVD player. Unwind after a day of exploring, gather with loved ones with the games and puzzles provided, and create lasting memories in this inviting space.

The bedrooms have been designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each room offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can recharge after a day of coastal adventures. Sink into the comfortable beds, turn on the tv's, indulge in a good book, or simply revel in the serene ambiance that permeates throughout.

With three well-appointed bathrooms, getting ready for the day or freshening up after a beach excursion is a breeze. These bathrooms feature modern fixtures, spacious vanities, and refreshing showers, ensuring a convenient and luxurious experience for all guests.


As a guest at Point Emilia, not only do you have access to our golf cart to move about the island, beach equipment, and other outdoor items, you get access to the Nautical Watch Way pool just a short walk around the corner. Harbor Island also includes the Beach and Racquet Club with its large pool, kiddie pool, playground, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and exercise facilities.


Harbor island and its beach are private, gated, and beautifully preserved, creating a very quiet and slow-paced community. Make sure to always keep an eye out for the plethora of wildlife that calls Harbor Island's ecosystem "home," including but not limited to dolphins, crabs, and turtles. This island is truly a bird-watcher's paradise, and the beach itself is a beauty to behold.


Many exciting destinations are nearby. Fresh seafood and a couple of wonderful restaurants are a short drive from the gate. Hunting Island State Park is only 1 mile away with a beautiful beach for shelling as the tide goes out, miles of forestland with hiking trails, and a lighthouse with breathtaking views. We have a vehicle park pass for you to borrow during your stay. Beaufort, the most charming coastal town in America, is only 15 miles away, Savannah is 45 miles away, and Charleston is 70 miles from the island. We have enjoyed all these destinations over the years on our visits to Harbor Island.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
