Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced during your stay. The details you’ve mentioned regarding the elevator, porch, cleanliness, and lighting do not reflect the experience we want for our guests, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused, especially given your return visit to the home. We are actively reviewing your concerns with our team to ensure these issues are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Your comments about the home’s upkeep and maintenance are invaluable, and we will work closely with the property owner to see that improvements are made. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. While we're glad you enjoyed the location, we regret that the condition of the home did not reflect the high standards we aim to maintain. Your comments regarding the mold, air vents, deck furniture, and maintenance concerns are being thoroughly reviewed. These are not the experiences we want any of our guests to have, and we take them seriously. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter unresolved issues, especially with the leaking faucet and broken drawer. While our team assessed the situation and determined that a replacement part was needed, we acknowledge that more immediate solutions should have been explored to minimize the inconvenience during your stay. Your note about the locked closet, lack of hangers, and general condition of the property is also helpful. We’re using this feedback to follow up with both our maintenance and property care teams to ensure necessary improvements are made. Thank you again for your candid review. It’s feedback like yours that helps us grow and do better for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

We have scheduled for all porches on the house to be power washed and painted. We apologize for the inconvenience of the kitchenware, if you would have made us aware during your stay we would have been glad to replenish these items for you. Replacement blinds for the dining room and all the bedrooms have been ordered and will be installed within a few weeks. We have addressed the vents and ceiling fan. We hope you will consider the property for a future stay considering the off-season improvements that are being made.
