Just a few minutes from both Monument and the Springs yet far enough out from the city to feel secluded and have a true country retreat. 15 minutes to the new Ford Amphitheater. The property is RURAL, we are off a dirt road and the driveway is a dirt road. We are surrounded by meadows but we also have a neighbor. Ask about long term renting.

You will have access to the entire farmhouse. The property has 6 acres. The owners have a business garage on property that will occassionally have employees that need to access it. There is also an RV on property. Residence staying at the Farmhouse have access to the land around the house and to the pasture for your horses, but not all 6 acres. Ask about long term renting.

Our farmhouse includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king that turns into two twins. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed to comfrotably sleep 2 more. The entire property sleeps 6 people. You will find all the essentials in the kitchen to whip up anything you might desire. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & a large walk in closet in the master. Dogs are welcome with a $150 dog fee. Horses are welcome; you must reach out to Lindsay first to discuss specifics before bringing horses. This property is RURAL.
