Dear Bart, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback about your recent stay at our Mammoth Village unit. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness, the view, and the overall comfort of the unit. It's great to know that it met your expectations and that you would consider staying there again in the future. We apologize for the slight inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we're glad we were able to assist you promptly. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Sincerely, The Nomadness Rentals Team

Dear Susanna, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to address guest concerns, but your calls prior to arrival led us to believe you were set on being dissatisfied. Lauren answered your questions accurately, yet the responses were misconstrued. Our check-in (5pm for holidays like Labor Day weekend (your arrival date)) and checkout times are clearly listed. You requested early check-in, but the unit wasn’t ready before 5pm, and we apologize for any misrepresentation that made you believe otherwise. We take cleanliness and pest concerns seriously. Pull-out sofa sheets are provided in a bag, which may have caused confusion regarding cleanliness. This isn’t a pet-friendly unit, and our housekeeping team didn’t note pet hair or odors during inspections. We regret we couldn’t meet your expectations despite our efforts. Your feedback helps us improve. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience, as well! Cheers, The Nomadness Team

Hello Cody, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that the unit did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the confusion regarding the unit's location and the check-in process - we were unaware of any issues with the directions received and always request that our guests reach out to us at any time for assistance. We understand that the air conditioning was not sufficient for your comfort. Air conditioning is a rare amenity in our town and the units with air conditioning unlikely have centralized systems. Thankfully, our summer temperatures remain comfortable, for the most part, to not require the use of an A/C system. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Cheers, The Nomadness Team
