Welcome to our loft! The home is split into two levels. You will stay in the top half and you will have your own private space with your own private entrance! It is perfect for smaller groups of travelers. We are close to downtown Seattle and have plenty of free parking in our quaint neighborhood. You will love the east access to I5 and short drive to downtown Seattle! Our loft is equipped with a queen bed, a 40 in smart TV, and complimentary coffee! We look forward to welcoming you!
Great location, comfortable bed/linen, very clean, loft has everything you need, has air conditioner, hot strong shower (excellent drain), easy check-in and check-out process, responsive host. Overall - very pleasant stay.
Cozy is a great way to describe this little loft. It has just enough space to provide you with the basics and no frills. It was perfect for us as we mostly used it for suitcases and sleeping. Well situated to the locations we were frequenting, easy access to highway, and easy street parking. Bonus: there is a friendly dog onsite (shared yard). They mostly kept her tucked away, but as a dog lover, I got to love her up a little :)
This was a perfect location to stay while visiting my daughter that lives near by. Nice neighborhood with a tucked away little room. The room was warm when I walked in, but I opened the door and windows and everything aired out.
Clean and cozy loft in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking immediately outside the unit - never a problem to find parking. Restaurants around Green Lake a short walk away. Travel into Seattle with the light rail - park at Northgate Station for easy access.
We enjoyed this cozy VRBO. It was in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to the Lake and close to our son's apartment. We would stay there again.
This mother-in-law studio is in a great location (15 minute walk to coffee shops across from Green Lake Park) and has the basics covered - very comfortable bed, linens and pillows, small fridge, microwave, kettle, and they provide dishes and glasses if you want to eat in.
A German Shepherd lives on the property and has a loud bark, but if you're used to it (like I am) it's not a big deal. Sound transfers from downstairs unit, but it's mostly quiet.
The room was very clean. Had all the amenities youâd need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, coffeemaker (and coffee), nice shower, television. The room was smaller than I expected because the photo on Vrbo was shot creatively to give the room the appearance of being larger. (I canât criticize the owner for good execution.)
Our neighborhood is VERY quiet. All our neighbors know each other & look out for one another. It is safe to walk in (wear reflective gear) and is a short drive to downtown Seattle and the freeways.
