Welcome to Boca Villa Resort, located in the well-known Century Village Boca Raton, a gated resort-style community in South Florida. This property is ideal for two guests looking for a peaceful, active, and comfortable seasonal stay.
The condo features one bedroom with a king bed, one full bathroom with a shower, and one half-bath (powder room). It includes central air conditioning and heating, and has been fully renovated â everything is new, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and a coffee maker. Everything you need is already provided. Guests can also use the community clubhouse grill area, as personal grills are not allowed in the building.
The Century Village community offers a true resort lifestyle:
- Heated indoor and outdoor pools
- Fitness center and large gym
- Tennis and pickleball courts
- Sauna, spa, and walking trails
