Seaside Resort - 2 Bedroom 2 Bath - Assignment 1

The two bedroom, two bath standard units are generally located on the lower floors and may have little or partial views of the ocean and beach. These units are approximately 900 square feet and are limited to 6 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, and balcony. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins may be combined to make a queen size bed if requested.

Seaside is a quaint little city by the Pacific Ocean at the end of the historic Lewis and Clark Trail. And this resort is home to one of the most breathtaking waterfront locations in Oregon.

Know before you go

The world mark resort is an excellent location to stay in at in Seaside Oregon . Although check in is available at 4 pm hotel explained sometimes guests don’t get rooms until well after 8-9 pm sometimes 1 am. We checked in at 5 pm and our room wasn’t available until 730 pm. Our vehicle did not fit in parking garage and so we had to locate residential parking, haul our things and sit around with all our stuff for 2.5 hours in lobby.Traveling all day with tired and hungry kids with plans of cooking dinner and early bedtime in our room only unable to do so was quite a disappointment. Hotel may no apologies for long wait. Room was clean enough although lots of dust. Ac did not work in our unit but location was great and pool and beach were excellent. I think charging a cleaning fee for this rental located within a resort hotel is wrong as the unit is cleaned by hotel staff not outside party that host has to pay for. If you don’t need into your room before 8 pm and have vehicle less that 6’10” the location is great. Would not book through Vrbo again due to excess fees and poor host communication. I sent messages through Vrbo app and direct email to property management about my stay and have had zero response.

Sorry, you had a bad experience. These are individually owned condos not a hotel, with a per-stay cleaning fee we pay to the resort. Our phone and text is available to all our guests and we send an arrival text to the number listed on file. Email and portal sites tend to get a slower response vs picking up the phone or texting. If you had issues checking in, we can place a compensation request for you. Let us know if you wish for us to do that.
