Hi Hazel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for staying with us during such a special occasion. Congratulations as well on your child's graduation! We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. Following your stay, during a routine maintenance check, we identified and resolved the bathtub drainage issue. Fortunately, it was not related to any plumbing concern. It appeared to be a very recent superficial clog likely caused by improper disposal of materials by a guest prior to your arrival. The issue was resolved immediately once identified, though unfortunately we did not notice it before your check-in. Had we been aware during your stay, we would have gladly sent our handyman to address it promptly. Regarding the beds, all mattresses and bed frames are relatively new and lightly used, and after reading your comments we inspected and tightened the center supports to ensure everything was fully secure. Most guests have found the beds comfortable, though we understand that comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest. The home includes a variety of bedroom setups, including two taller beds as well as other bed styles and mattress firmness levels to accommodate different preferences within larger groups.
