This home is a short 2 block walk to South Beach, a 4 block walk to Kid's Corner, and an 8-10 minute walk to South Haven's restaurants, shopping, pier, and the municipal marina. This beautifully remodeled five bedroom, three bath home has been decorated to provide you with lake and beach vibes. A highlight of the home is the 4-seater golf cart available to guests (at no extra cost) from March 15th through November 15th. Nothing feels more like vacation than riding around on a golf cart! The backyard features a 3-hole putting green for all to enjoy! Sip coffee on the front porch, grill on the large side deck or relax by the fire pit after a long day at the beach.

The five bedrooms are spacious and includes one on the main floor (king) next to a full bath (bathtub/shower combo), convenient for guests who have difficulty with stairs. Upstairs, you will find a room with 2 bunks (sleeps 4), a room with a king bed, and 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The king bedroom has a workspace with a monitor. There are 2 full baths on the second floor, one with a bathtub/shower combo and one with a shower.

The kitchen is well-stocked with granite countertops and counter/table seating for 5. The dining room offers a large table with seating for 10 (plus two available folding chairs to fit 12). The spacious family room has plenty comfy seating for all, and a cozy ambiance from an electric fireplace which provides extra warmth in the cooler months or a heatless fire feature anytime. For an added bonus, the basement has a deluxe 2-player, 60-game video arcade and a foosball table for endless fun!

Outside you'll enjoy a fun and unique experience of having a 3-hole putting green in your own back yard! Putters, golf balls, and movable putt-putt obstacles provided. The home offers a large Weber grill on the side deck with two tables that comfortably seat 10 people. We also provide 6 bikes for your enjoyment (4 adult, 1 teen, 1 child). After a day at the beach, have fun playing an outdoor washer toss game, challenge your friends and family to a game of Giant Jenga or relax around the fire pit. We also provide 12 beach chairs (including 8 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs) a foldable wagon, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and coolers for your convenience.

Additional amenities we offer include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, Ziplock bags, and napkins. We have board games, cards, and a giant Connect 4 game for your enjoyment. The home has two smart TVs (family room and bunk room), which allow you to log into your own streaming apps.
