SKI-IN/SKI-OUT Park City Apex 503 is a stunning townhome situated in the Apex community that is mountainside at Park City Canyons Village. Guests will have ski-in/out access right out the back door! It's an easy walk (or ski to) to the Canyons Village base area where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and plenty of activities, including occasional free concerts and entertainment.
This property offers three levels, 2,944 square feet with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests.
You will enter the property from the communal garage and into the main-level great room that is open and bright with its many windows, all equipped with electric blinds. This space holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: Modern furnishings including a spacious sectional that is a sofa sleeper, a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV (with a Sonos Soundbar system and Apple TV). Enjoy the natural light and views from the floor to ceiling windows.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with a convection oven, and a SubZero refrigerator. There are lovely quartz counters and a center island with bar seating for three.
Dining Area: A lovely wood table and seating for up to eight guests. Enjoy convenient access to the covered deck where you'll find outdoor dining, a BBQ and additional patio seating.
Family Room (lower level): This bonus room offers a full-size memory foam sofa sleeper, a Smart TV with Apple TV, an Xbox and plenty of games. Off the family room is a patio with the private hot tub - relax in after a full day of activities.
Ski Room: Off the family room is also a ski room that has a bench and cubbies to store your gear, a boot warmer, and a ski rack just outside to store your skis when you ski in and out of this property.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite (upper level) â King-size bed, Smart TV with DirecTV, Apple TV and a Sonos Soundbar. You can enjoy the big views from inside or step out onto the private covered deck for some fresh mountain air. The ensuite bathroom offers heated floors, double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower with two showerheads.
Master Bedroom 2 (upper level) â Queen bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom offering a large glass and tile shower.
Master Bedroom 3 (main level) â King bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom featuring a large glass and tile shower.
Bedroom 4 (lower level)â King-size bed, Smart TV and exterior access with the ski rack located just outside.
The full shared bathroom on the lower level features a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a covered deck on the main level adjacent to the upper-level grand master bedroom. There's also a lower-level deck offering a private hot tub and ski-in/ski-out access.
Community Amenities: The slope-side clubhouse is exclusively reserved for Apex members and guests. Savor aprĂšs ski cocktails while lounging in the comfortable seating of the clubhouse (during the ski season). You can also indulge in the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit for a warm and cozy experience. Additionally, the clubhouse offers a fully equipped fitness center, steam room, sauna, spa treatment rooms, and a game room for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. During the winter season, the Canyons Village Connect shuttle is at your service for easy transportation.
