NEW LISTING BRAND NEW TOWNHOUSE steps from the Frostwood gondola

We purchased this brand new townhome because we LOVE the location and the unique floor plan. The home is on a corner lot, a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria hotel and spa, and the Frostwood gondola (or a free shuttle ride!).
The 2 car garage is heated, with ski storage and boot warmers, and enters into a mud/ laundry room. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating/stools, dining room with large table, living room with large comfy couch and chairs and flat screen TV, a large master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath (tub and shower). There is an outdoor deck with grill and grilling tools, and a coat closet and powder room on the main floor.
Downstairs you will find a large TV/game room with a huge couch, bean bags that convert to beds, and lots of space for lounging after a day on the slopes. There is another master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is another bedroom with king bed, flatscreen tv, and sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor patio with spacious hot tub. The last bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full on the top. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Excellent ski stay for families!

Had a great time here! Home was immaculate and layout perfect for families or multiple couples. Movie and game room is awesome. Free shuttle to the Gondola was awesome for skiing. Allison was also great and responsive. Would stay again!

Pictures don’t do this home justice

Our Mardi Gras family ski/vacation accommodation was beyond our expectations. The 12 of us including two baby’s had everything we needed. The chefs kitchen made breakfast and dinners fun.

This is a must stay! Everything is better than the pictures show. A lot of family togetherness but yet there is an ample space to seek quiet time as well. The shuttle to the slopes was spectacular as well! 5 Stars Plus!

Slopeside beauty

The house was everything we expected and more. They had 2 similar sized master bedrooms, plus 2 other bedrooms plus a huge family room for watching T.V. The free shuttle to the hill was fantastic, or you could walk to a gondola in a few minutes. We would definitely come back. We only had one question and the host replued immediately.

New Years @ Park City!

This was our 8th time visiting Park City and are very familiar with the area, especially the Canyons side. This place was exactly as the listing reflected and incredibly cozy with high-end appliances. We had two families of 5 and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the massive TV room downstairs and the hot tub outside! The garage was a huge plus having the boot drying rack and keeping all the snow gear out there given it was heated. Hosts were super attentive and responsive and we’d absolutely stay again!

Perfect Park City Family Getaway

Our family of 8, 4 teens and 4 adults, had the best time in this beautifully and comfortably decorated townhome. The property looked great in photos, but far exceeds the photos in person. Kids had a great time with movies and gaming in the evenings in the massive movie room. The kitchen was well equipped and easily allowed us to prepare and serve meals together every night. The patio grill worked flawlessly too. You can easily see that these owners took great care to create a beautiful, impeccably clean and comfortable home. Thank you so much for all of that attention! We truly appreciate it. We hope to come back again.

Fabulous Hosts, Excellent location

Alisson was a total joy to work with & in my opinion was a super host. I didn't have the chance to work with Jason directly but when I asked for an extra small work table that I could use as a desk, it was promptly delivered within hours of my request thanks to Jason's help. Our group consisted of 3 families, 2 teenage kids and our puppy. The home is super clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you could want and because it was so well equipped we ended up eating at home almost every night and had to force ourselves to go out on the last night. The beds in all the rooms were super comfortable and finding soap and ample toilet paper upon arrival in all the bathrooms was a bonus. We have stayed at other places where we had to run out as soon as we arrived to get these staples. The on demand shuttle was convenient, especially getting everyone out to the ski slopes and going out to dinner. There was a detailed book containing very helpful information about the mountain, restaurant recommendations and how things worked at the condo. The downstairs playroom was large and comfy and perfect for long stretching sessions after a hard day of skiing and for just hanging out together. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, conveniently located place at the Canyons with hosts that go above & beyond to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Alisson & Jason for your hospitality.

A wonderful skiing getaway...

The townhouse was fantastic all around. It was roomy, well stocked, great communication from the owners from the second we booked. Transportation to get to the mountain was quick and easy. We had a great week skiing and can't wait to come back.

Luxurious, spotless and fantastic for groups!

We recently stayed at Allison and Jason's condo for our February break. We had two families, 4 adults and 5 children and the condo was absolutely perfect for our group. I am really particular when it comes to the cleanliness of rentals, and this one was sparkling upon opening the door. Even the garage floor was SPOTLESS! The cozy media room was perfect for a movie night and for the kids to hang separate from the adults. The entire condo was spacious and comfortable. The van service to anywhere on the Canyons side was so convenient, as was the bus service over to Park City proper. We mainly skied Canyons and loved it, but did ski over to PCMR one day and took the city bus another. One note, for those of us from the East Coast, or not familiar with the area, the title of "steps to the Frostwood Gondola" was a little misleading. We envisioned being able to come back for lunches or hot chocolate breaks, but the distance was definitely more of a ride than a walk and not something we ever did. We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to ski at Canyons or Park City. We also took advantage of the location and did an evening swim at the Utah Crater and also the sleigh ride and dinner at Snowed Inn on Park City. Be sure to check out the two moose you can see from the Over and Out Chairlift! Thank you, Allison and Jason!!

This property was lovely and very well-appointed. It is very convenient to the Canyon base with easy shuttle access. It was incredibly clean and the owners were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Perfect location. Beautiful townhome.

This townhome is roomy and pristine, the hosts are communicative and friendly, and the location is steps from the Frostwood gondola and Waldorf Astoria hotel. It was well stocked, the hot tub had great views of the mountain, and the large movie room was a big plus for a group with kids. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We loved every minute of our stay in your townhome. Perfect location and so easy to get around with front door shuttle pick up to the slopes, village for shopping and dining and Park City fun! Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking in most meals. The home was perfect for 3 couples and a 2 year old. Very safe and 2 large dens to spread out in to relax. The owners answered questions promptly and had a notebook there with info and recommendations for the area. Everything was new and extremely clean. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was a trip we will always remember. We will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful townhouse and village with us.

Awesome place!

This awesome place is lose to the lifts and there is a complimentary shuttle to get you to the slopes. Couple that with the fact this house has everything and is super clean makes this place perfect. The host was awesome. We’ll be back

Amazing house and responsive owner

Amazing house! Responsive & helpful hosts. Two families (8 total). Enjoyed 2 master BR (one upstairs & one downstairs). Also liked two hang out spots (media room downstairs & family room upstairs). Nice features like boot warmer and heated garage. It was well stocked — dishwasher detergent, paper towels, & coffee were nice touches. The shuttle service worked well most of the time (2 min drive to Frostwood Gondola). The owner was really great — responsive, helpful, & great communication. There was even a handwritten note to greet us. I much prefer renting from a true host like this over renting from a corporate group. Highly recommend!

Perfect for family ski trip

Condo is updated and ideal for families. Bunk/trundle beds and large/2nd/downstairs living room were great for kids. Heated garage with boot heater, bench for putting on boots, and ski hangers. We used free shuttle to get to lifts in morning and skied/walked downhill back to condo. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Have already rebooked this place for next year!

We moved here for the lifestyle- love skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, climbing- and the great community. We love living here, and are so excited to be able to share our beautiful new townhome with you!

The property is really unique! We have decorated it like it is our own home, and it is a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the Frostwood Gondola at the base of Park CIty Canyons. It is steps from the Waldorf Astoria, where you can purchase day passes for use of the spa and gym! It is the perfect place to come for a winter ski or summer golf, biking, hiking vacation!
