Modern and Cozy Home close to Downtown Holland

Our home has been fully renovated in 2022 with a modern design that offers comfort and style. The space features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, and a loft with a twin daybed and a twin trundle, perfect for children or additional guests. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

In the living area, you'll find a cozy and inviting space to relax and unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a TV. And when it's time to come together for a meal, our large dining table seats up to six people, making it perfect for family dinners or group gatherings.

Outside, you'll find a lovely fire pit area with six chairs, ideal for enjoying s'mores and conversation with friends and family. And with a large driveway that can accommodate up to three cars, you'll never have to worry about parking.

Our home is located within a short distance of downtown Holland, where you'll find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. And of our location is a walking distance to downtown, Kollen Park, Boatwerks Restaurant and Lake Macatawa and Holland Aquatic Center.

Please note that we love our neighbors and ask that all guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from having parties during your stay.

This is a strict no pets and no smoking home.

- Bedroom 1 - Main: Queen bed with walking closet

- Bedroom 2: Upstairs Queen with closet. Ceiling steeply slanted on the sides with just over 7 ft.

- Bedroom/Loft 3: Upstairs loft next to bedroom 2 with twin daybed and twin trundle.

- Closets: All closets offer towels and washcloths. Along with extra pillows.

- Bathroom: Main level and Updated with towels and washcloths. Enough towels provided for 6. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Outside: Back yard offers a firepit with six chairs to enjoy bonfires.

Living room: Nice cozy space to enjoy all the tv channels and Netflix (please provide your own Netflix account, TV channels offered only downstairs) Game boards and cards provided to use.

Porch: Enjoy your coffee on the front porch with two chairs and a side table.

Garage: Wood logs provided for the firepit as well as lawn games.

Laundry Room: In the basement, detergent, bleach, and a fabric softener will be located on the shelf.

We also want to inform you that our house does not have central cooling. However, we have installed window units and portable AC units in all the rooms including living room to keep the space comfortable during the warmer months.

Parking is available on the property that can accommodate 3 cars on the driveway. Street parking during the day is allowed but not during late nights. Overnight Street parking is restricted from 2:00am to 5:00am. No Parking on the streets during those hours.

REMOVE SHOES:
Once inside the home we ask that you please remove your shoes. We pride ourselves in keeping our homes as nice as possible for all of our guests to enjoy.

To ensure the longevity of our rugs and maintain their pristine condition, we have introduced a $250 cleaning fee if rug cleaning is required. This fee will be applied if the rugs incur dirt or stains that necessitate professional cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our no shoe policy to keep our home beautiful and comfortable for everyone.

Guest access
The entire house is available for guests to use with the exception to no parking in the garage. Yard is fenced in the back and right side. Laundry is available downstairs with detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided.

Our guests have access to the outdoor firepit with extra wood located in the garage. Garage can be opened by turning the handle and lifting it up.

For your entertainment we house a Roku Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney, HBO,HULU, local channels and a wide array of other streaming applications. Before leaving, we kindly request that you log out of any streaming applications to ensure the privacy and security of your accounts. Board games & cards also available.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house but more than welcome to smoke outside 25 feet away from the house and garage. Cigarette buds must be put out and thrown away in the garbage.

The stairway to the 2nd floor is slightly steeper and narrow than most brand new stairways built today but the stairway DOES have handrails making it easy and safe to go upstairs.

We kindly ask that all guests respect our neighbors and the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

We do not allow parties or loud music outside, and we ask that all guests adhere to our house rules.

Smoking allowed outside and more than 25 feet from the house and garage only. Do not leave cigarette butts on the property.

While all guests are welcome please note that our home may not be childproof for toddlers as our unit's décor contains, metal and glass items that are easy to tip over by a toddler. If you chose to move lightweight items out of the way to prevent this, we are perfectly ok with it.
