Unité supérieure pittoresque et douce dans une rue bordée d'arbres qui a été rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, comptoirs, fenêtres, tapis, peinture et salle de bain rénovée. TV écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Faites du vélo vers le centre-ville de Hollande et voyez les fleurs, magasinez, admirez le coucher du soleil au bord du lac et prenez de la crème glacée ou du yaourt glacé sur le chemin du retour. Faites un pique-nique sur les rives de l'île Windmill. Près de Grand Haven et Saugatuck. Nous fournissons également des recommandations sur les restaurants, les cinémas et les pistes cyclables. Barbecue à gaz et deux vélos disponibles pour utilisation.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, homey, and having our own controllable ac units in the bedrooms made for an excellent night’s sleep. The host was friendly and communicative, and we enjoyed exploring Holland and Saugatuck for our girls’ weekend away! Thanks again!

Nice and quiet neighnorhood. Easy and short drive to the downtown Holland restaurants and Farmer's Market. Check in and out were simple. Place was clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again!

We had a quiet stay in this clean, cozy apartment in a very quiet neighborhood and close to downtown shopping. The beds are super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here

Great stay and good location

We had a great stay! We extended our stay and Cherie was great about it. Good area to walk around in and very close to town. The place is clean and the kitchen has all you need. The AC works great. I would stay again!

Clean, well kept, and cozy

This property was exactly what we hoped for. It was clean, had a nice open living area, and a good kitchen space. The beds were very comfortable. It is located a mile walking distance from the downtown. We drove to Ottawa beach and it took us just 20 minutes. We brought our bikes with us and found many accessible trails from the property. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend !

40th Anniversay Getaway

We arrived to champagne flutes and a chilled bottle of Asti Spumante with a note of congratulations from our host! When we messaged her she responded almost instantly each time. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning units worked very well. Cozy, charming upstairs apartment

Lovely little apartment in a great neighborhood, convenient for biking, shopping downtown and a trip to the state park. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall this was a great place to stay while in town. The site was immaculate and it did provide amenities that were useful during the stay. I would highly recommend this location to other travelers.

Disappointed

Owners do not seem to be aware of things that need to be fixed such as burned out lightbulbs, towel holder falling off wall in bathroom, broken wand to close blinds in bedroom, smoke alarm not secured to ceiling, carpenter ants and bugs. Kitchen was missing basic cooking items. Steep narrow stairwell with narrow treads made entry and exit very dangerous. The unit was very damp all the time. Needs a dehumidifier!

Perfect location

The property manager was so quick at getting back to us with any questions. We were in town to for my husbands graduation and my birthday and she took the time to make handmade signs for each celebration and taped them on the wall. So kind.

Our stay at the Treehouse

Overall, our stay at the Treehouse was very nice. I would recommend this property to friends and family and most likely will stay again. The property doesn’t look like anything special, the steps to the upstairs apartment are narrow and steep, but the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very supportive, and we slept great! The location is on a very quiet street. We didn’t see or hear the downstairs tenets. We liked the privacy.

Must be good people

I saw the flag of the Ukraine when we arrived. I didn't realize till after we left that a family from there lived below us and I want to thank the owners, not just for a clean and comfortable accommodation but for whatever it is they are doing for this family, perhaps displaced by an unprovoked war on their country. Also, love it that there are many children in this lovely neighborhood.

Quaint, Quiet and Comfortable

First of all, I can’t say enough good things about the location of this property. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and an easy 5 minute drive to downtown. There were two of us so we each had our own room. The place was clean and comfortably decorated and furnished. The description of the stairs up to the apartment is accurate, narrow and steep so care must be taken. Bathroom is a bit narrow but nice and everything works. Cherie is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Holland Trip

It was a nice unit in a quaint, quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown Holland. My son loved that he could have his own room instead of sleeping on a sofa bed. Would recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I purchased this two-unit house early in our marriage. It's been a labor of love for us over the years. We love the location and having access to all the great activities in West Michigan.

We grew up in Holland and chose to stay here because we love it! The beaches, the parks, the weather, the people ... we love it all.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Some of our previous occupants named the unit "The Treehouse" and it is very appropriate! Leafy green trees shade the whole side of the house making the place feel cozy and secluded.
