This pet-friendly, newly remodeled cottage is tucked away in an established community, but is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes to the local hospital and FLETC. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and a fully fenced backyard. There are all new, modern appliances, plus new flooring, cabinets, and countertops along with a covered carport. It is truly a home away from home.

You can also quickly get to St. Simons and Jekyll Islands in less than 15 minutes.

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
