Casa St.George, Centrally Located, Pool, Game Room, Perfect for the Whole Family

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home is situated in Palm Harbor and borders Clearwater and Dunedin and minutes from the beaches and Innisbrook Golf Resort. The home is equipped with higher end furnishings and is a great place for you and your family to relax.

The space
The home is very spacious with many areas that people can gather, or hide away if you need a break from the kids. The backyard offers a lot of private space for your enjoyment, along with the newly redone saltwater pool which is screened in, and a private garden area with a Blackstone grill for you to cook all your meals. The pool has a depths of 4ft-8ft.

The garage is set up as a game room. Here you will find a full size ping pong table, a competition foosball table, and a dart board. There is also good wifi throughout the home and even outside near the pool.

The bedrooms are all spacious and offer a lot of privacy for everyone. The design and style elements were chosen by Chic and Stone Designs as well as Lotus Home Dezign and hand picked to make your stay feel like a luxury hotel.

The kitchen is outfitted with commercial cookware that are used by restaurants as well as many of the household appliances needed to make a great meal, or a perfect margarita.

We only use good quality hotel linens in the home. All of our sheets and towels are purchased from the same place that all the luxury hotels buy from.

Unlike many rentals in the area, we supply you with all the basics for your stay including coffee, both grounds and pods, some light snacks, soaps and shampoos, and laundry detergent. We also have pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cooler that you can use when going to the local beaches. Please be sure to shake off the sand, and put them back neatly so they are ready for the next guest.

Guest access
Guests will be able to have full access to the property except for the closet in the den/spare bedroom. This is reserved for the owner.
Other things to note
The home does not have any steps so it's perfect for people with disabilities.

All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to their stay.

There are also 2 additional rollaway single beds located in the Master walk-in closet. These have memory foam mattresses. All linens will be provided.

The pool is not heated at this time.
