Overall it was a great place. Just a few things I wish was done or disclosed. The back deck was awesome but the stairs to go down to backyard was closed off so we didn’t really use backyard because it was closed. Also one of the chairs on deck was rusty and broke when one of my friends sat in it. I feel this place could be awesome if a little more care was given to it. The oven was hard to figure out how to work it so instructions would be great. Pots really should be stick free as our eggs got stuck to pan and soaked it for 2 days and still did it all the way come out. But every one said their beds were comfortable , the place is very roomie and had great charm. Overall a great place.

Relaxing Stay

Property was just as described and was a great size for our family of 10. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Although not right in town it was still very close to everything. Had a great stay and would recommend.

The photos in the posting are much nicer than the house actually is. The house definitely needs a facelift. I was very disappointed in the house when we first walked in. This was a very expensive house. I expected a much nicer place.What I will say is that the house was clean,well stocked, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable, which is very important to me.There was lots of space to park.A couple of safety issues – the bathtub in the master bedroom is treacherous. Getting in and out was difficult, and my husband tripped over it and nearly fell.The outside deck has stairs that go down to the backyard. The stairs were roped off by a caution tape. There was no report on what was actually wrong with those stairs, but they really should repair them as it’s very nice in the backyard to go from the outside deck down to the patio furniture in the backyard, and we had to go all through the house to get outside.The only way I would stay there again is if the price was less. Again, the house was a bit shoddy and expensive for the condition it’s in.

The responsiveness of the management company was better than I expected. I was a little nervous at first because I'm used to dealing directly with the owner. It was a nice surprise. I was disappointed to see that there were no snacks available at arrival or a few complimentary drinks, such as some sparkling water or things of that sort. There is a restocking fee and expected that to mean they would include some snacks. The master bedroom was great! The beds were very comfortable. The pictures on VRBO need to be updated because the house no longer looks like that from the outside, I was a little thrown off by that at first, but didn't mind when I saw the inside and it was beautiful. We found some stains on the furniture in the master bedroom from previous guests, which is unfortunate to see for the host and future guests (like me) arriving. We were told not to access the home via the front door, only via the garage. I'm not sure if they're making repairs or what the reasoning is behind it.

Another very pleasant stay

We stayed here with our 3 young kids for a second year in a row and had a blast. This year we were joined by a few other families with their own young kids on separate weekends, including some infants. The kids love the bunk beds and the large backyard. The house has plenty of space for a large group to be comfortable even if the weather is bad. When the weather is good, the backyard and the nearby park provide plenty of space for kids to run around. This is our second time coming to this house in the winter and we very much enjoy it. We'll likely come back next year. Minor nits: - the temperature is sometimes hard to regulate and some rooms can become much warmed than others at night - the kitchen is reasonably well equipped but short on silverware and counter space

Great house

To start off check in was easy and management was quick to reply when I had a question about check in. Lots of blankets and pillows and towels for everyone. The home was nice and comfortably fit 3 families. We were very disappointed that the backyard didn’t have the kids swing set that was pictured in the description which is why we had originally booked with this house. I did noticed before check in that the picture was taken off but we were not notified of the missing swing set. The backyard was not maintained so we did not spend anytime back there. The grill was super dirty but we took the time to clean it as we didn’t mind cause we used it a lot. Not a lot of pans if you plan on cooking a lot. High touched areas like light switches and handles were not cleaned. Overall a great stay just minor things that can be looked at.

Tub in master bath looks great, but it's fiberglass and very light, moves around, nowhere to hold soap/shampoo, so showered in the other bathrooms. Pretty in pictures, but not functional. Service staff left a downstairs window wide open all day with no screen, so huge security issue that neither me nor my guests were happy about since we were gone all day. No telling what/who could have come in since it was ground floor. We also fell through the cracks in the sectional couch a couple of times as they are so light and slide across the floor easily. Some rubber coasters or a rub or something would do wonders for comfort when lounging in the living area. Hot tub was great, overall a nice property, nice back yard, kitchen, grill worked fine. Just disappointed we didn't have a King BR since that room was the one missing the screen, so couldn't open the window at night. It got a little warm down there, so we had to move to a Queen room. We booked this knowing we needed 2 King rooms, so that was a huge miss. I would certainly buy the place and make it my own and make it better, but wouldn't go back as-is. Not overall bad, just disappointing in a few areas. Response from management was good, but had some confusing communications issues. No big deal there really.

This was a great house for a multi-generational family vacation. The kitchen and dining area had a big table to fit everyone and the main room with shuffleboard was a hit. The large backyard with outdoor table was great. The house is within close walking distance of a small lake and park which we went to often. The attention to detail was lacking with some rooms not stocked with soap or hand towels on arrival and some minor fixture issues.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our large group. Well stocked kitchen, all the amenities we needed, great location.. checking in and out was easy, response to any questions that we had were answered quickly.

Great house for 3 families up in Tahoe. The kids and adults all loved it. There is enough beds for everyone, the kids really enjoyed having their own bunk room, and the hot tub at the end of the day is great.
