Outdoor dining, lounging, pool & spa w/ parking for 7 cars. The strip is super close and so are restaurants and a huge outlet mall. A shuffle board will keep you entertained and a dining table for 16 people will have everyone at the same table. Extremely private, secluded location yet minutes to the strip:)

You will have access to the entire property, everything is private, nothing is shared. We donât provide propane for the fire pit or the grill, youâll have to get the tanks refilled yourself at any gas station or Home Depot.
If an amenity is listed but you canât find it, then it usually means that itâs available upon request, such as cribs, pack-and-plays floaties, etc.
Pool and spa can be heated for a small charge.
No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.
For the safety of your pets and young children, front doors are locked with an emergency key provided in a break to open box.
Guest access is either through the garage or a back door.
Please note that this is a strictly NO PARTY - NO EVENT house. This property is reserved for those who seek a calm and quiet experience.

This extremely private property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Only a couple of minutes to the strip, a huge outlet shopping mall and the airport. Several strip, malls and restaurants are also nearby.
Getting Around:
Because Las Vegas is very spread out, we recommend that you rent a car or use Ubers for getting around.

Our property is rigorously disinfected using Lysol, Clorox, and UVC light for your safety. Our housekeeping staff strictly adhere to safety measures by wearing masks and gloves during their work. Additionally, we have a dedicated security company actively monitoring the exterior of the house and prepared to ensure your safety at all times.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
No parties, no outside guests / visitors / unregistered guests or loud music on the patio.
AFTER THE BOOKING
Your reservation will be integrated into our reservation management system, which enhances the check-in procedure. To access your check-in details and lockbox codes, please log in to our portal using your last name and arrival date. You will also be required to complete a brief online occupancy agreement and upload a copy of your ID. We will provide you with the portal link once your booking has been confirmed.
REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that circumstances do not meet your expectations, we are committed to swift and diligent efforts to rectify the situation. It's important to remember that occasional issues may arise, as we are all human. Nevertheless, please be aware of the following limitations:
We do not issue refunds except if an amenity or cleaning issue exists, and it is reported to us in the reservationâs message thread, and we do not resolve the issue within 24 hours from the time it was reported. No calls, text messages, verbal communication or smoke signals are accepted to resolve cleaning or amenity issues for the purposes of refund eligibility. For amenity issues, the maximum refund for a single or multiple issues reported after the 24-hour period will not exceed 10% of your nightly rate for the affected nights. In the case of a cleaning issue that is not resolved on the same day, the maximum refund cannot exceed 50% of your cleaning fee.
PERSONNEL
To keep your pool blue and your grass green regular maintenance is required. Consequently, you may occasionally notice the presence of landscapers, pool technicians, or maintenance personnel around your property. Typically, their visits are brief, lasting between 10 to 30 minutes, but in the event of an issue, they may require several hours to address it.
POOLS and SPAS
Our outdoor, uncovered pools and spas may not maintain the same level of cleanliness as indoor swimming pools. They are susceptible to natural elements such as leaves, wind-blown debris, rain, and the formation of algae. In our desert climate, the pipes and pool heaters must endure extreme temperature fluctuations, including freezing and melting conditions. In the event of a malfunction, it could take several days to procure necessary parts or schedule a technician.
Our pools undergo thorough cleaning and maintenance twice a week, as well as after storms. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time. If you require additional service, please inform us, and we will commit to resolving your request within 24-48 hours.
Pool heating is a gradual process, typically increasing by approximately 2 degrees per hour, depending on the external temperature. If the outdoor temperature is below 60 degrees, reaching a pool temperature of 80 degrees may not be achievable during your stay. However, you do have the option of pre-heating the pool; kindly make this request at least 3 days in advance for consideration.
Use the pool and spa at your own risk. No jumping in the pool. Shallow end 3.5 feet, deep end 6 feet.
HVAC system
The intelligent AC and heating system operates within a range of 72 to 78 degrees. This range aligns with the power company's guidelines to prevent power outages and safeguard the AC system from freezing. Furthermore, maintaining temperatures within this range promotes both your well-being and environmental conservation.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available in during business hours by 24/7 for emergencies. all maintenance and housekeeping requests must be submitted through Airbnb messaging.
