This home has lots of character, a great layout, and a good location. The church is great. Owners are friendly, responsive, and gave us a nice tour of the church.
We loved this cottage, it was great for our family of four. Everyone had ample space, the hosts were kind to offer some drinks and snacks, and it is within walking distance of quite a few places to eat.
We'll consider this cottage for future visits to Tennessee!
The house was just as described, it was so close to the strawberry festival that we could walk, the house had everything we needed and we will definitely come back next year đ
The pictures for this house doesn't fo it justice. This house looks so much better in person. It was perfect for my family and i would recommend this to anyone that is staying in this area. You can walk to a brewery and a pizza shop from the house and there are other things in the area to do. The host was great with letting me know about things and getting back with me if i asked her anything.
We were in town for a fishing tournament and wanted to be close to the Dayton boat ramp but also near activities for the kids. This place was perfect for that! We ended up going on a hike (recommended in their Welcome book) and we are so glad we did. This house is also just a few minutes from Walmart and other stores in town. We were able to walk to quite a few quaint shops and grab coffee. The location was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of room for 4 adults (2 couples) and 3 kids. There were even games for the kids! Although it is right next door to an event space, and there were events both days we were there, we were never bothered by it nor was it loud. We would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Dayton!
We were in town for a baseball game at Bryan College. Itâs an easy commute to the college. The house itself has all the amenities. Lots of space for socializing. Plenty of space for sit down eating together.
This precious cottage was perfect for our family Christmas and for attending a family wedding nearby! Rooms and sleeping space was great, kitchen was stocked with appropriate pots & pans, easy check-in/check out. Cute town. We would stay here again if we were in the area. Loved it!
