Clean and well appointed

If you think the photos look great, it’s even better in person. One of the cleanest homes with rented so far. All kitchen supplies work right. Linens were clean and crisp and new. Great remodel.! Simple and very relaxing.

Gorgeous beach view but some improvements needed

Pros - Beautiful view and beach!, good AC, pool and property were clean and well kept, well stocked kitchen for appliances and dishes, great covered garage parking, great location and very close to trolley stop Cons - only had1 broken beach chair so we bought two new ones ourselves and left them there, chipped coffee mugs, very old and very creaky full mattress in 2nd bedroom, absolutely no kitchen staples such as coffee filters/salt & pepper, no general information provided on how to use TV/use trolley/restaurants/grocery stores/nearby shopping, etc.

The beach & beautiful views helped make up for frustrations & disappointments.

We stayed at same complex last year in unit C & booked this year with unit F. We knew there was an elevator, so being on 3rd floor with my elderly parents who are 81 years old didn’t seem to be a big a deal… until we got there & a big sign on elevator stating it doesn’t work due to hurricane Ian that was over a month ago. The rental management company never let us know that so here we are trying to carry up luggage & groceries to 3rd floor & hoping my 81 year old parents don’t fall. According to the management company, they were not aware but I find that hard to believe. All week, anytime we wanted to go to the beach or out exploring you have to go up & down 3 flights of steps, no big deal for those who are able bodied. Also, when we stayed last year & even in the pictures, there were beach lounge chairs provided but this year they weren’t there, locked up in the garage area. Very disappointing because unit F doesn’t provide any beach chairs for its guests. When we got there, we realized we didn’t have a single wash cloth or kitchen dish cloth. I called the next morning at 10 am to get them & to also rent beach chairs & umbrellas through their concierge department. After waiting all day, it was discovered that the beach rental place dropped off the items to our garage spot, not to our unit so we were basically waiting around all day for nothing. Not sure who dropped the ball on that one. Wash cloths finally got delivered after calling couple times & telling them I was going to run to Walmart & just have them reimburse me, they finally arrived at 4 pm! The pros were it’s a beautifully decorated unit, great location to beach, shops & restaurants. Island trolley stops right out front for free transportation. Beach towels were surprisingly provided which would’ve been nice to know so we wouldn’t have had to pack them. Cons, elevator was not operational, no beach chairs, quite a few lightbulbs burned out & 1/2 bath sink stopper doesn’t work, you have to take it completely out! Also the 2 guest bedrooms have room darkening blinds that are raised up & hidden by the wood decorative blinds, those are definitely needed since the hallway lights shine in all night long! Unfortunately most of our frustrations were with the management company & it’s lack of communication, not with the unit itself but it reflects badly in the review. Before renting make sure elevator is working & that BBC has its provided beach chairs out & ready for use.

Wedding Anniversary Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time on AMI. Unit F at the Bradenton Beach Club was amazing. A million dollar view with direct access to a beautiful beach. The location was close to delicious restaurants and fun bars. We cannot wait to return.

Great location, friendly little town.

We loved the condo the ease to the trolly just steps away from the building. The glorious view of the beach from the kitchen and living room the screened in porch. It is everything and more. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to stay

June 2019 Stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Bradenton Beach Club Unit F. This unit is the top middle unit in the building. The layout of the building itself was nice offering garage parking with an elevator or stair access located in the front and back of the building. The pool area was great and was ocean front. All units in the building are ocean front and we’re just steps from the beach. Unit F came with a fully equipped kitchen and linen services were provided. The unit was spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom had plenty of storage with closets and dressers and the master had a walk in closet located within the spacious master bathroom. The master bedroom had a king size bed that was very comfortable memory foam. The other two bedrooms had a full size and two twin beds. The washer and dryer in the unit were newer and were very nice and user friendly. The location of the property was wonderful. Several shops and restaurants were close by as well as beautiful Cortez beach (Three Piers)
