Boats/jet skis and trailers MUST be parked at the marina.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by Anna Maria Vacations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo itself was beautiful. Everything felt fresh and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. We had a great time with our family. Perfect amount of space. The pool was wonderful. Check in process was our only complaint as we arrived late in the evening and there was not a key fob in the lock box at the office as indicated. We had to wait over an hour and didn’t get into the condo until 1:30am. Otherwise, everything was great!

Fun

When you’re at the pool please be sure to NOT HAVE ANY FUN whatsoever or else one of the crotchety old people will call Kevin with the HOA on you. Even though you’re in your 40’s and paid thousands of dollars to stay there you are not allowed to drink alcohol or play music at any time day or night. They even called the police when one of the homeowners challenged him. We will never stay here again.

Kelly, I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the experience you had. I think I spoke to your husband during your stay and apologized for the actions of the HOA. I wish we had some control over this, but they are not employees of our company. However, there is no excuse for rudeness and I apologize once again on their behalf. Great stay, super clean and well stocked

Fantastic rental for family of six including two grandparents. Our unit was extremely clean, well stocked, and beds were very comfortable! WiFi was strong and reliable which came in handy for a few work commitments while on vacation. The pool and kids park outside the door were the focus of our stay with kids 3 and 7. Big hit! Both were very clean. Outdoor lanai was amazing being screened in with large seating area for morning coffee overlooking water between properties. We used the gas grills for use next to pool for burgers one evening. Expected the pool to be heated, but was very chilly! Quiet property perfect for families with young kids. Multiple property owners were accommodating and embraced the kids at the pool (which we feared would not be the case given the high volume of noise “ordnance” posted everywhere). Highly recommend the unit, property, and area!

my family trip to the gulf side of Florida

was a great place to stay, especially liked the fact that they had beach Accessories at the room we could use . didn't need to bring anything but some food and the family. it was an awesome place to stay . would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Great stay

After a few bumps trying to access the property and some Misinformation from the management company we had a simply FANTASTIC stay! The property is beyond belief and the area is outstanding. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

Forces you to pay not through VRBO

Property is actually great. Condo was clean and comfortable. My problem was with the booking process. I thought it was against VRBO to not pay via VRBO. Even though I felt uncomfortable, I paid via the property management payment method. Then the management company hounded me for paperwork and threatened to cancel my reservation. I didn’t appreciate the threats. When we arrived, we weren’t given instructions on how or where to pick up a key fob for the gate. We had to drive off site to the management office to pick up the key fob that is several miles away. Also there were no trash instructions, just a generic welcome binder. We had to figure out from others that you have to lug your trash to the front of the property by the gate.

Great stay on Anna Maria Island

The unit itself is quite nice. Beautiful view of a lagoon, palm trees, and lots of exotic birds. It would be helpful to have a more streamlined reservation, check in and check out process. It was a pain to log into a system to get info about the property/codes for check in, etc. Also there should be more information about which specific facilities can be accessed by weekly guests. Each renter should be given two key fobs, because you cannot go out and come back into the complex without the fob. The rental itself was clean and comfortable. They provided beach towels. We would definitely come back. Great spot for families, especially with young kids. There is a small park across from the parking, and a cool sprinkler park for the kids. There is a great shaded area by the pool where you can eat lunch. Great place!

Beautiful place…

The rental is beautiful inside, extremely clean The issue is with the rental company not with the property owner was sent multiple multiple emails to fill out paperwork kept sending it back they kept asking for it ….. apparently they did not think to look that the girl I was sent it to me originally sent was now on vacation so after about six phone calls and 15 emails finally filled out all the pages Very difficult process to enter… Only one gate key so if you’re with adult children or another family you can’t leave and go to separate places… because only one of you can get back in…. there’s no information ,inside unit of what facilities offer there’s plenty of information on area…. also garbage is extremely inconvenient, you cannot DoorDash unless you meet people at the gate so again I feel bad for the property owner as the property itself is in mint condition she needs to work with the management team
