One Particular Harbour 391-201 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a lanai that makes morning coffee feel unhurried. The gated community is two minutes over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf.
The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.
The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.
Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Overall great location…. Very quiet and friendly complex. The condo has one covered spot under the building, close to the pool and walking distance to two great bar/restaurants at the front of the property. Loved sitting on the screened in patio every morning while drinking my coffee. Condo was clean and loved that the two bedrooms/bathrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, which gives you space from others. We had two small issues and the property manager immediately handled them and was no stress or hassle for us. Look forward to going back.

We enjoyed the stay at the condo, it was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool every day before and after the beach. The beach was only a few minutes drive from the place. We also enjoyed the restaurant that was near the complex.

The condo and location were perfect. Any issues we had (and they were minor, just inconvenient) were the fob and gate, parking, and the door key which was difficult.

Beautiful property
We loved our stay! Beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked kitchen, clean, and we felt very safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the covered parking, the storage unit with a wagon, umbrella, beach mats, and beach chairs. Manatee Beach was no more than 5 minutes over the bridge, as well as shops, restaurants, Publix, Historic Bridge Street, and many other Anna Maria Island landmarks, piers, and beaches.

Nice place . Rented it 2 yers in a row as my daughter is competing tennis at IMG tournaments
Excellent location.
All great except only trash bag and 2 dishwasher detergent. No big deal.

We appreciate that you are a return guest to One Particular Harbour. The gift bag includes some starter items. When guests request additional supplies , if possible we accommodate their needs. The location adjacent to the Anna Maria draw bridge provides easy access to the island as well as to Bradenton. We hope you will be planning a return 3rd visit to Margarita Ville.

Just right!
The place and location was just right. The closeness to the beaches made it so easy to go to the beach anytime of the day. On lazy days, the place gave me and my nephew plenty of space to read a good book while he watched tv. The beds were both so comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Plenty of beach supplies. It was extremely clean, not clutter with decor.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was very clean, loved the open floor plan, bed was very comfortable, and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is not advertise as a pool view. The condo was on the pool side but the view was the back of the pool house, it didn't matter to us, but some people may expect a view of the actual pool. Would definitely stay again.

Comfy, clean condo. Well appointed. The property as a whole is so well maintained and just high quality. Stayed for a month and enjoyed the whole property. Island Vacation Properties was wonderful helping us prepare for the stay; friendly and accommodating. Have already booked our visit back to One Particular Harbor....only wish they had tennis/pickleball courts on site.

Perfection!
This place was perfect for our needs. Loved the evident thoughtfulness for the amenities…especially the plug-ins for electronic devices. I brought the ones needed, but never had to use them. I also liked that there were tabs above the electrical switches.explained what would “turn-on/off” fans etc.
